It was weird how the employees bounced around like musical chairs. And I'm pretty sure that's how they lost our drink order. They said someone must've taken it, but we were standing there the entire time and the only person who got a drink that wasn't a mobile order was a cold brew and ours was a hot drink. I also never saw either of the 3 people that made drinks in the 10 minutes we waited use whole milk. It was honestly so weird how the cashier that rang us up then was replaced by someone else to ring up the people after us then that person took over for the person making drinks and then the person making drinks rang up the next person... Just a very confusing system and again I'm sure that's why they lost our drink in the mix. I checked the mobile order drinks too and nothing. We took our pastries and a refund but the pastries didn't even taste good. They tasted like freezer burn. It's no wonder peets is closing 30 locations this year, have a better system in place for the employees job duties so they aren't constantly bouncing around.

As I sit here watching the 3 young lady's behind the counter talking about their favorite shows, food and activities I notice the overfilled trash can, filthy floors and dirty dishes laying around. To top it off they customers ahead of me are walking out disappointed with there coffee and I am left to wonder what mine will come out like, whenever that happens, i have been waiting for 14 minutes now. Not a good experience nor a place I would like to revisit. Maybe the next crew will pick up the pace.

Bad vibes from the minute I walked in.. no greeting, no smile, no anything.. (I was the only one in there) I wasn't sure what to order, so I asked the girl for help.. with the look on her face, you would have thought I asked her to clean the bathroom... then when my order was ready, she didn't even let me know.. I saw it sitting behind a display.. being that this was the first time I had tried Peets coffee.. I think with that kind of service.. I will stick with Starbucks.. And, the drink wasn't that good..

This is a really nice spot! Super nicely decorated. Everyone that works there seems really nice too. Shout-out to Eric, who I asked if the horchata CBOL was good. Eric said yes and was super kind and helpful as I tried a new drink. The drink is delicious by the way, I highly recommend trying it out! I'm hoping to go to this spot again, and suggest going if you're in the area looking for a pick-me-up.
They close at 7pm but closes the restrooms @ 6:30pm because they already cleaned them. Feels like very poor customer service/lazy employees.

Worst Remodel of any Peets I’ve ever seen! Bizarre layout of tables with chairs intruding into pickup and order space. Lines for orders start at end of store creating a logjam of coming and going! Long shelf in middle taking up open space! Whoever signed off on this design should be fired! Total embarrassment that’s not comfortable to relax in! Next time I’ll go to Concord.

Very disappointed with my online order today. Ordered 2 large coffee with light ice and this is how they came out, almost a cup size smaller. While this has happened several times in the past at this branch (yes, only at this branch), today is the last straw (no pun intended). We won't be coming back to this branch.
