Wonderful little spot for Christmas dinner. Crunchy sprouts and flavor bomb basil. My beef pho was a monster! Go…get!

I just moved to this area recently, as my go to spot in Vallejo is also called pho viet so I assumed it was a chain. Ambiance was nice my server was very kind. When I got my pho, it tasted pleasant. That was until I stirred it around to find some sort of small bug! I really was hoping it was seasoning but when I used my flash it had legs. I felt disgusted and did not finish, it was free of charge so I left. I would not recommend and I won’t be coming back, I guess I will just make that 30 minute drive next time.
Spent like nearly $50 to go and meal was smaller than a kids meal do yourself a favor and avoid ordering to go here. Save your money and go to Kevin’s noodle house.
Update: We just ended up going to Taco Bell to actually get full. $9.90 for a meal with left over food. That’s actual moneys worth.

I didn’t like the bunbuhue
I've ordered takeout from Pho Viet several times now, and it never disappoints. My go-to is the grilled beef with garlic noodles, always paired with an egg roll on the side—and it's fantastic every time. The portion size is just right for a satisfying, well-rounded meal. I love that they include fresh veggies like carrots and lettuce at the bottom, which adds a nice balance to the dish.
The beef is always perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the garlic noodles are packed with flavor. And trust me, the egg roll is a must—crispy, flavorful, and the perfect finishing touch.
The staff are always super friendly when I stop by to pick up my order, which makes the experience even better. I’m really looking forward to coming back and trying more of their menu, especially the pho, which I’ve heard great things about.
Highly recommend!

This place was great! Easy parking, friendly people, AMAZING food. The Vietnamese iced coffee was perfect.
The beef pho broth was very flavorful but not heavy and greasy like a lot of other places. I've seen several reviews that say it's bland-I can't speak for the chicken I've been making some grandmother cornbread but the beef had a really good depth of flavor without being too heavy.

Went in this evening and purchased the #17 to go. The service was friendly, warm, and inviting. When we got home however, the broth was the most bland pho broth I've ever had. The broth should be able to stand on it's own, but here that was not the case, almost zero flavor. Went to add in my sauces and extra stuff like cilantro and lemon, only to realize there was also no hoisen. There was no saving this broth at all, I paid over $15 for the worst pho of my life. I will not go back here again.
