Ordered 3 times from this place all three orders were messed up. Nothing huge so I let it slide but this time I called in about it and all they offered was a 5$ credit. This pizza was 40$ the least they could do was replace it. Absolute trash

I’ve been coming here for a year. The food is always great but the service this time was very unprofessional. They said 20 to 25 minutes. It took an hour when I paid for the food. She said it’ll be ready in a couple minutes. She said give it eight minutes 25 minutes past she said a couple more minutes she should be telling customers the right time people make orders because they have things planned of things to do Not just sit in a restaurant for a whole hour if it’s gonna be an hour stay an hour the lady look maybe in her mid 20s very unprofessional

Came in to pick up a pre-placed order that was placed 20+ minutes ago. Guy is cleaning tables walks over I tell him the name and he says oh there is a problem with the system that's my bad. Then reaches over and grabs the tag that is just sitting there to barely go start the order. If there is a problem then why is the tag just sitting there. Now I have to wait for the pizza to be made and cooked. Go in a few times to see if it's done there is a girl walking around who was also there when I first walked in she never speaks a word or asks me anything the entire time I had to wait for the same guy to come out from the oven area. The place has a sign that says under new management what a joke do yourself a favor and go to a different round table.

This place deserves credit. Obviously new ownership and for a Round Table it's about as good as they get. We love Round Table but stopped coming to Oak Park after years of bad service. Had one of our kids team meeting here and discovered it was under new ownership. It was great. Back to being regulars and props to the new team.

This is disgusting yetdr. How can one person work hard and keep up with everything? Don't you have a brain? Can't you think about this? Disgusting, slow and unnecessary. This is the most disgusting place I've ever been to in my life.
Never have any issues when I come to this location. But tonight, I received three ranch cups that added up to one. Not sure if they're doing this on purpose or what. But I can't divide one ranch cup between my family of four. Wouldn't be that big of a deal to me if I wasn't out of ranch at home. & I live on the other side of town, definitely not driving 15 minutes for more ranch. Just do better please.

This is a sad Round Table location, dated and dark. But the negative review is for the text message spam. I’ve opted out repeatedly and never actually gave them my phone to text but just for an online order. Somehow Round Table thinks they have implicit permission to spam me, you don’t, and since you haven’t complied with repeated requests are STOP, I’ll spam you back here.

If you don't mind a COMPLETELY EMPTY "pizza/beer tap" brewhouse where it takes 15-20 mins. for a "personal" pizza, and just as long for the pizza to cool off to eat it, then tis is your place. I am genuinely missing San Diego pizza places right now.

My family has been ordering take out from here for years. Our bill is usually $50+ dollars for a pizza and sometimes wings, even though we usually have a coupon. However the food has always been good and consistent and it's a convenient location. The reason I'm giving 1 star is because the last time I went there the customer service was horrible and the lady working the counter was incredibly brash and rude and has no people skills whatsoever.While I was waiting, I used the restroom and it smelled HORRIBLE! And not just any kind of bathroom smell but overpowering moldy, mildew smell. I had to hold my nose the entire time I was in there. There must be a serious problem with that building for the smell to be that strong. I would hate to see the kitchen.I will not be a customer here any more.
