My family has been ordering take out from here for years. Our bill is usually $50+ dollars for a pizza and sometimes wings, even though we usually have a coupon. However the food has always been good and consistent and it's a convenient location. The reason I'm giving 1 star is because the last time I went there the customer service was horrible and the lady working the counter was incredibly brash and rude and has no people skills whatsoever.While I was waiting, I used the restroom and it smelled HORRIBLE! And not just any kind of bathroom smell but overpowering moldy, mildew smell. I had to hold my nose the entire time I was in there. There must be a serious problem with that building for the smell to be that strong. I would hate to see the kitchen.I will not be a customer here any more.

My wife and I recently went to Round Table Pizza on 4th st San Rafael and had an excellent experience. I was needing something easy and fast due to driving my wife home having just had minor surgery. We hit the jackpot. We received a warm and friendly greeting immediately from Andy at the counter. We ordered and he asked if we had a discount coupon. No, but not an issue, he applied the discount. And upon check out it never even came up to give a tip. Needless to say, we tipped his exceptional service well. And then hearing it was to go, both Andy and Nick, who prepared the order said to just go back out to the car to be with my wife. 15 minutes later we had a super delicious pizza to take home. Thank you Andy and Nick‼

The place has a rank odor to it. Friday at 5::pm and the salad bar didn't even have salad in it. When we asked to have it replenished it took an additional 15 plus minutes for that to happen. Very disappointed as it used to be a great pizza parlor.

Delivery was about an hour late, called a couple times and gal said driver was on the way and to call back in 10 minutes if he doesn't show up. I had already offered to just come pick it up but was told it would be there soon. No effort to make it right or discount. Now I am eating cold pizza. Well you just lost a customer, I will take the time to drive to Walnut Creek, actually will take less effort and I will get my pizza faster and it will be hot.

The pizza I ordered this evening is dry, flavorless nes and has no texture or assemblies of pizza . The dough is layered, and you can see the thin layers stacked together to include the flavorless texture.. I stopped eating at Round Table 5 plus years ago for the lack of quality... it appears they have gotten worse

I must give a shout-out to my local Round Table on Oak Park Blvd. in Pleasant Hill. I started going there as a youngster; it was our hangout as we got older and babies started to pop out--our meetup spot for pizza and beer on Friday nights and during football season. The Niner and Raider rivalry was fierce! Their Yelp reviews are not very positive, but they always take great care of me and make me a terrific pie. Some people think restaurants prepare better food for me because of my social media presence, but they don't know who I am or where I post; they make me great food because I am a customer. I like to get my signature double mushroom and olive pizza; it's always great with lots of mushrooms, olives, and cheese. I also like to visit the salad bar; the ingredients are fresh, and they refill toppings when running low or when asked. The salad bar has my favorite toppings: garbanzos, beets, pepperoncini, broccoli, onions, cucumber, bacon, eggs, sunflower seeds, croutons, etc. There is more stuff, but I am picky about some things! Their dressings are great; they always give me extra ranch. IMHO, ranch, butter, and bacon always make everything better! The wings are tasty, too! You can get them nekkid or with one of their many sauces. The cinnamon twists are always so yummy; they're great for adults, too! My little Round Table has the usual lunch specials and a pizza and salad bar lunch buffet (they have my cinnamon twists). If you live in the neighborhood and may have stopped visiting, give them another try; they're working hard to deliver a great product and keep the restaurant clean. They have a kids arcade and a private room for parties. Round Tables are considered more expensive, but the pricing comes from the corporate office, and you can always ask about their loyalty program, in-app ordering, and coupon specials.

Absolutely trash. My order is never ready and everyone there is always running around lost. It used to be at least half way decent before new management took over. Nothing is every ready on time and it is always someone or something (technology) else's fault. Really a bummer since it is so convenient. Tonight was my last night attempting to give them my business. I ended up canceling my order after watching them screw up two peoples orders ahead of mine and then tell me that I'd have to wait another 15 mins because of a printer error and then found out they had already voided my order. No quality control, abysmal management. Hopefully they sell again and get someone else in there to manage this place. Sad when you hear the owners blatantly calling employees stupid in front of customers.

Bro I've been ordering pizza from here since I was 10 and never had a problem. But in the last few months everytime I've ordered by phone they send me the wrong order.I just ordered a pepperoni and bacon pizza.The sent a pepperoni and sausage.The lady confirmed I ordered pepperoni and bacon before she hung up. I just want to know how am I supposed to order from this restaurant so I actually get what I ordered.I don't know if you guys just had a new employee but this is the second time this has happened.I tried to call and complain by phone but no one picked up. I called 3 times...This is the worst experience I've had from this restaurant and now I am done ordering from here.Had to edit this to add the pizza was lukewarm when it was delivered.
