Very cute local BBQ joint with excellent food and friendly staff.The food is very quick compared to other places like it and the prices are super reasonable.The restaraunt and bathrooms are well-maintained and clean, offering a very welcoming experience.Dietary restrictions: They offer several gluten free sides like the German potato salad.
I had been craving bbq and was visiting my parents and they insist on going to this place. I had never tried it before so was open to it, but I don't have any desire to go back. Ordering over the phone was a hassle and the guy taking the order was struggling with a large order. We wanted a half a chicken but that wasn't an option through the door dash online ordering system. I also don't trust that since the online ordering is through door dash that all the prices are the same, so I never like to use that option. The guy informed us that the chicken wasn't available so we tried switching the 1/2 rack ribs to the full ribs. But then the chicken was available? And even after reading the order back to him (by his request too) he still charged us for both a 1/2 AND full rack of ribs. $45 of ribs was not exactly what we had wanted. Everything was so extremely salty it was hard for me to eat. The pulled pork was in bbq sauce, which I'm not a fan of as is but for some reason it was in the spicy bbq sauce? My parents said that wasn't normal so I'm unsure. The beans were 70% sauce, was hard to find a bean in there. The cole slaw was just plain cabbage with peppers, that was weird. The brisket and the hot link were good, but I definitely wouldn't go back. Not for how expensive everything was or for how salty it all was. They also almost didn't give us our full order either. I said this doesn't look like enough and she assured me that was it. I looked through it all (which was only the sides) and then she finally grabbed the second bag....

I'm not someone who likes leaving bad reviews. The portions were really small. I'm not picky but the food was super bland and not cooked very well, like they're not even trying. Could've just been a bad day or cook. The place has a ton of potential and the staff was really nice.

Service was amazing and the food was greatWe came with some friends. Super chill environment for the kids.We had 5 kids one of mine is a toddler. There’s a nice big table in the middle of the dining area. A few booths, tables, a bar, and I think seating outside? Though that might have been for a neighboring restaurant.So not crazy huge inside but at lunch on a Thursday there was space for our group.We did the sliders, brisket Philly, Mac n cheese, jalapeño poppers, BBQ beans and fries.The sandwiches were great! Especially the brisket Philly.Kayla helped us with another one of the worker and I’m totally blanking on her name - so sorry! Both were awesome and chill and super helpful.I saved this spot to recommend to others as well as come again when we’re in the area.

I usually get the brisket sandwich which is fantastic. This time we tried the burger and the brisket Philly. Both are incredibly delicious! Also, SO happy the sweet potato tots are back. Mac&cheese is yum too!Great people, chill atmosphere, tasty beer selection. Highly recommend.

I went to Slowhand about six weeks ago for lunch, and my wife and I thought it was the best food in the world, big juicy chunky pieces of ribs, and I decided to take my brother who was visiting from San Jose and it was utterly disappointing. Everything was dry. All the ribs were small. The macaroni and cheese was awful. No taste, and the potato salad was too mustardy. So I’m extremely disappointed I probably will not go back. I honestly feel like they fed us yesterday‘s food because we got there early right at 5 o’clock. Sat Jan 6th is when we went. Service was wonderful. All the people were very helpful but the food had to be good for me to return and really bad disappointing experience I won’t be back.

The burger was delicious. I have enjoyed every meal I have eaten here. The maple bacon cake is so tasty. I mean to try the Key Lime pie.Nice selection of beer and wine. They serve prime rib on Friday, bring a hearty appetite! There was also live music.

Service was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxing. However the food was not up to standard. Baby back ribs were dry and over cooked and to salty. Beans and potatoe salad is probably one of the worst I have had.
