Great place to stop and grab a coffee and snack on the way to Pacific Esplanade Beach. A bit busy and they had to remake our order, and still got it wrong. So, take your time and just enjoy 😉

made a comment this morning about hello kitty merchandise. it gets worse...my daughter went back by an hour later to find they did have the hello kitty merchandise n sold it after her waiting since 3am n being told they didn't. shady. yesterday employye told daughter to come next day 3am if she wanted a shot at hello kitty merchandise. she did n was told when employees arrived they did get shipment and they were rude to her. not right! maybe saving for friends??? I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a long time and usually have a great experience. However, today I was disappointed. I stopped by and asked for a cup of water since I was in the area and feeling very thirsty. The staff member told me I needed to make a purchase, and when I said I wasn’t buying anything, he refused and came across quite rude. I’ve been to many other Starbucks locations and have never had an issue getting a cup of water before. I was really surprised and disappointed by how I was treated, especially since the employee seemed new.

Sophia the manager/supervisor is great! Sophia was managing her team well during peak morning time.
There was an issue with my order and it was corrected immediately without delay. Very friendly and excellent customer service

First time trying a customized item here and so disappointed. They didn’t know how to make it. I paid extra for matcha cream cold foam, but they didn’t add it at first. When I went back and told them, the guy spilled both my coffee and the cold foam in a rush. Instead of remaking the drink, he just poured the foam into what was left, so my item ended up with no coffee taste at all.

I went in with my 3 boys and asked to get a cup of water. I was told I couldn't get a cup of water without a purchase. 😡 He said you're welcome to purchase a water bottle. So what happens if I don't have the money to buy one? You just denied the water to children? Way to go Starbucks!

The barista is incredibly rude and condescending. When my order came out, they couldn’t even modify it for me. Very disappointing, do not go to this Starbucks as they obviously do not care about their customers.

The barista made my girlfriend buy something to use the restroom. Starbucks policy as of January 2025 clearly states you do not need to make a purchase to use the restroom.
