I ordered using the app. I waited 30 minutes to receive my cinnamon dulce latte. There was no apology or excuse given. Several others also had to wait just as long. One person observed people ordering at the register, then receiving their orders before us.
I like Starbucks it's a nice place. prices are kind of high , I mean in general at all of them. You know for a cup of coffee but I'm old so I remember when it was a dime. And it was just one kind black or two kinds black or with cream. But Starbucks has some nice stuff the service here was really good. Fast, courteous, nice stafft. The people were really friendly. It's in a good location. So five stars
Good always the only problem they cannot write people's name and being racists its what my feeling today over there.Why they can ask me how they spelling my name and dropping my coffee in the counter.I need to asked if my coffee.? Answer like they don't care.Sorry probably neste time I will go at other around the area. Probably they feeling to much work and they don't need jobs.Sorry it's not for all employees. I feeling bad about it today.
