What a huge waste of time.. I ordered on the app for a pickup in the store.. when I get to the store I find out the pickup is closed. To make it worse you can't even order at the drive-thru you have to go to the window which takes way longer!!
If you can't do a pickup you should deactivate the app for the store!!

I've never been in a Taco Bell before. I don't normally eat fast food and I am here from Sweden so I thought I would try it. I was treated just horribly. My order was wrong and when I pointed it out the workers argued with me and then walked away! They made me wait 20 min whilst they chatted with each other. I've never been treated this way before. I will absolutely never eat here again. It's no wonder the restaurant was empty. Taco Bell train your staff better. This was uncalled for.
The manager does her best to provide above average customer service, it definitely shows. They very rarely get orders wrong and make up for it. I'm grateful for this taco bell

This is, by far, the best Taco Bell location in a ten mile radius. The employees are always super friendly and kind, they always do their best to get my order exactly right, and if anything ever does happen to go wrong they are quick to fix it to make sure I leave a happy customer :) I have honestly been impressed a handful of times by this place’s accuracy after I have submitted admittedly complicated orders due to my family members always making changes to their items. I just had to stop by this page to give them the glowing review that they have earned ten times over 💚🙌
Manny in the Drive-thru was Awesome assisting me w/ the TB App that was not cooperating. He was so patient.

They put just a like tiny but of everything in the taco or burrito or whatever. They put the lettuce on there like it's a little decoration or something. It's really funny.
