Never seem to acknowledge small orders (1-2 items). Have ordered single items before and they never receive the order.. have to tell them multiple times to make it. Completely unorganized operations.

So they lost our order the first time and the second time they gave it to the drive thru and then after waiting for 45 minutes I asked a third time and they didn’t have an excuse. So yeah they are super slow and can’t keep track of our order. Wouldn’t recommend

I decided to eat inside vs. eating in my car. Drive through was normal, no long lines. it was 7 pm. I'm the only one inside I used self check out for my order. I waited 20 minutes before I said something another 15 minutes I asked for my order another 15 minutes I requested my money back at that point a rude woman said she will now switch over to do inside orders. I was shocked at her rudeness. I was the one waiting, and never once was I rude to her or the guy with her. She acted like I had inconvenienced her
