I placed an order of the original king philly and made it a combo. The guy at the register wanted to charge me 30$ when it actually costs almost 20$. I looked at the screen and saw that he charged me for the drink and fries separate when it was a combo. When I confronted him with that he took the fries off the screen and kept the drink for 2$ which I shouldn’t pay for that since it’s a combo. Pay attention to what they charge you!

I’ve been coming here since they opened and It’s my favorite location in the East Bay. They have a new lunch special! check it out and sign up for their reward program. Highly recommend it.

I've come here several times. Each time I'm getting lots of stems from the peppers. No value. Others have also experienced this. Each time I hope it's different but it's not. Poor qaulity food. When you call they pick up the phone and just say hellloooo? I think I have the wrong number. Unprofessional and makes me think how the food is being prepared. I'm not going back any more. Too many choices of good other restuarants. They'll realize it and it'll be too late. Keep loosing customers. Keep it up!

Staff was friendly, so 2 stars, unfortunately whoever cut the peppers did a horrible job, my sandwich was loaded with seeds and the gross hard stem parts.

I love there cheesesteaks, I hate how slow their service is.I have a limited lunch. The last two times I went, I literally had to leave even though they weren't busy.Someone needs to teach their employees customer service. Less talk more helping the customers. One perso ln was on their phone.I guess its just the way of the world now.

Another little place in Walnut Creek that was such a pleasant surprise. Walked in because we were close. Got Philly Joe’s sandwich and curly fries. The steak was tender, cheese delicious, bread was not too thick but still held up well with the filling, good taste as well. One of my favorite fries I have tried anywhere around here. Perfectly crunchy, not too salty and spiced well.Brendon was a joy to talk to and was like that with any customer who walked in while we ate. Attentive, asks questions about your order to get it just right. And funny too!
Kid-friendliness: They offer chicken instead of steak and you have fries. Chicken tenders, grilled cheese sandwich also part of the kid friendly menu. I think my 6 year old would be just fine here.

Very good cheesesteaks, best in the area. Do yourself a favor and get the regular cheesesteak with everything on it, but add pepperoni.

I was sick after a Philly here. After two hours started feeling nausea, then was hugging the toilet for the whole night. I am not a sensitive person to food, had same things maybe twice in my 33 years. If you want to have a diarrhea you must go here also because my husband and I had it also. We didn’t eat anything else in 8 hours so I am sure that’s a Philly cheesesteaks. Nightmare that ruined our weekend.
Very small sandwiches for the price
