I always have problems ordering from here. If it’s not a problem with the website, it’s that they forgot my pizza in the oven and burned it to a crisp and need to remake it again. Or they just forgot to start it. (Both have happened.) so much time wasted trying to support this business.

Most likely they will get your order wrong on the phone and the hispanic ladies were burntout. I showed up just in time before my pizza was going to be made incorrectly and I politely corrected her to use the whitesauce. The quality sucks nothing more. Taste like Ceasars pizza but not too expensive. They could be more generous with the toppings. If you want to get pizza go to New York Pizza Pasta in the location and Pleasant Hill why didn't I go there the first place

Very simply, a pizza is composed of dough, cheese and sauce, everything else is secondary. There was No sauce or cheese on the two pizzas I bought last night, that was noticeable, albeit it did look a little red, LOL, and this is the last time I will go there. It's really sad what they're charging and what they're putting out. Vinnies down the road is what a pizza is suppose to be , they're not open on sunday , so this was our loss. The guy making them at hot spot should go to Vinnies or doppio zero to see what a pizza should be!! Too bad, they're in my neighborhood but there product is unacceptable.

I was really looking forward to trying this place , the reviews had me hooked. I ordered a pizza at 11:02 am for delivery at lunch today and was told 45- 1 hour delivery window, did not receive my pizza's until 12:45. Pizza is barley warm, and when I called to ask where my pizza was at 12ish I was told they were 5 mintues away, which turned out not be the complete truth. Sad sad sad, the pizza is average at best in taste.

The Deluxe Vegetable Pizza I received was an Artisan Masterpiece. Great crust and fresh ingredients I felt like I discovered North Beach in Pleasant Hill. I highly recommend it.

The Deluxe Vegetable Pizza I ordered had an excellent crust, just enough sauce, and a generous topping of fresh vegetables. It was an Artisan Masterpiece and staff was very friendly. I highly recommend.

I love this place! Customer service is great, I enjoy there sandwiches, The chief with cheddar cheese and the 1st Responder! Truly would recommend.
Great local spot to get some good pizza. Friendly, fast and yummy. Also supporters of the local community and College Park sports. Will definitely be back!

We came in just to see the juices and ended up buying the Jedi juice it was very good and it tasted like a bunch of fruit and vegetables blend it up into a cup

Best pizza in town!! Highly recommend the garlic chicken supreme!! If in the area definitely give this place a try you won't regret it.

Such a high rating for the absolute worst pizza I've ever had, so I'm assuming fake reviews or they changed ownership at some point. The workers were rude, the place was filthy, there were bugs flying around, and they charged me more than what the sign said, which was already too high of a price. My instinct told me to leave, but I ignored it and got the pizza anyway. I mean, a 4.7 is a good score so it can't be all bad, right? My mistake. There was no more than 1 tbsp. of sauce on this entire pizza, literally. The toppings just fell off the dry crust they rested on and none of the ingredients tasted good to begin with. With how horrible it was, there's something seriously wrong here. I felt judged as soon as I entered the building, so I'll grant their wish and never go back there again. If you can't treat your customers like human beings, you don't deserve their business.
