We went to Togos because they don’t have them anywhere near where we live. This used to be our favorite place to eat a sandwich. My hubby ordered a hot pastrami sandwich. He gets his sandwich and it’s cold. We asked an employee that was cleaning tables if it was supposed to be hot. She kindly took the sandwich and went to the employee that made the sandwich. The other employee yells across the restaurant to us that if we wanted it hot and toasted we need to tell her. Huh?...

Good sandwiches, but seems a little lax on cleanliness/food safety practices (e.g. multiple times I've been there where they didn't switch gloves between preparing food and using the register).

The workers here were great! Some dude walked in front of me to pay, paid for his sandwiches which cost more, and then walked out with mine before anyone realized and could flag him down, so if corporate sees this and gets a complaint, it's not your workers' fault.
