this place has the most terrible service i have experienced in downtown pleasant hill. took almost an hour for them to make 3 simple bowls because they forgot the other two. definitely needs some work

Unprofessional staff, I waited for 20 minutes, my order didn't come, I had to leave.

The wait time was excessive — just two employees for a crowd of a thousand people waiting for the product.

Ordered vegetarian panini and they sent me one with chicken. I think what restaurants need to understand is that there are religions which prohibit eating meat/animal products. When they do this kind of thing, it’s not simply a matter of sending someone the wrong order. It’s about hurting someone’s sentiments. They need to train their staff on cultural sensitivity and the fact that these kinds of mistakes are a bigger deal than they think.

I realized there was chicken in the panini only after I took a bite. I immediately tossed it in the trash. But I’d not be comfortable ordering from this place again.

Order ahead online. Said 10-15min. Took 40min

I arrived at the location over 15minutes ago and have yet to see anyone from the store actually here. There’s a family who was here before me waiting for their order, and three other individuals. I’ve watched people leave after seeing ALL of us without any food in front of us. Not sure anyone actually works here? How do I get a refund, chargeback from my bank? Guess so ?‍♂️

Lazy... Been coming here often for 2 months and instead of putting soap canister in the dispenser its just lying on the sink, the paper towel dispenser always empty but a roll sitting right next to it...

Why can't you fill it?

It's just lazy... Low standards, careless management, like a stereotypical lazy American business.

I think this is a great place to get the type of food they sell. Healthy food options. I have enjoyed every item from the menu I have tried. Acai bowls. Salads. Protein bowls. All great. The staff has made every item perfectly each order. The app doesn't provide good estimates for when the food will be ready. I have never been there while the staff is happy. They are almost sullen. I feel bad for them. Hope they are ok. The staff does a great job.

They ALWAYS take forever to make one single bowl… They are talking at the back more than doing their job :/. Not the first time that has happened.

I went in this morning to get two açaí bowls to go, they were delicious. Unfortunately, my experience at this store wasn’t that great since I had to wait for an hour for my order. The store was empty when I first arrived but they were taking so long with their orders, it soon was full of angry people waiting for their orders. They need better organization!

Healthy food, I like the smoothies and the paninis. But the wait time here is crazy! It seems like the staff has no sense of urgency. I waited 30 minutes from a mobile order for one smoothie. The customer service was a bit rough too.
