I got a vegan sandwich and it was really tasty! The employee that helped me was really nice, too. (Not sure what his name is, but he had blond hair.)

Ordered a bowl that fit with my restrictive dietary requirements (no honey) and they doused the top of my bowl in honey. Can't eat it, waste of $15. Wish I hadn't tipped. Tried to call and no one answers except a lame AI service which transfers to no one. Never returning because they are not attentive to dietary needs. Don't recommend if you have any kind of allergy since they obviously don't care.

I swear this is the worse locations. One acai bowl can take up to 30+ mins. Management needs to staff better & stop having the employees work by themselves.

Ordered the Mighty Med Salad, and it took like 20 minutes for the order to come out. When it finally came out, it was the saddest salad I have ever seen. The bowl was about half full, even though I paid for extra steak. The steak was cold and rubbery. Complete trash food, trash service. Do yourself a favor and keep walking another block to Urban Plates. Gordon Ramsay needs to do an episode of Kitchen Nightmares at this location. My fault for not reading the reviews first, but I didn’t think a salad was so easy to screw up. I hope this review helps someone else avoid this place.

this place has the most terrible service i have experienced in downtown pleasant hill. took almost an hour for them to make 3 simple bowls because they forgot the other two. definitely needs some work
Unprofessional staff, I waited for 20 minutes, my order didn't come, I had to leave.
The wait time was excessive — just two employees for a crowd of a thousand people waiting for the product.
Ordered vegetarian panini and they sent me one with chicken. I think what restaurants need to understand is that there are religions which prohibit eating meat/animal products. When they do this kind of thing, it’s not simply a matter of sending someone the wrong order. It’s about hurting someone’s sentiments. They need to train their staff on cultural sensitivity and the fact that these kinds of mistakes are a bigger deal than they think.
I realized there was chicken in the panini only after I took a bite. I immediately tossed it in the trash. But I’d not be comfortable ordering from this place again.

I arrived at the location over 15minutes ago and have yet to see anyone from the store actually here. There’s a family who was here before me waiting for their order, and three other individuals. I’ve watched people leave after seeing ALL of us without any food in front of us. Not sure anyone actually works here? How do I get a refund, chargeback from my bank? Guess so ?♂️

Lazy... Been coming here often for 2 months and instead of putting soap canister in the dispenser its just lying on the sink, the paper towel dispenser always empty but a roll sitting right next to it...
Why can't you fill it?
It's just lazy... Low standards, careless management, like a stereotypical lazy American business.
I think this is a great place to get the type of food they sell. Healthy food options. I have enjoyed every item from the menu I have tried. Acai bowls. Salads. Protein bowls. All great. The staff has made every item perfectly each order. The app doesn't provide good estimates for when the food will be ready. I have never been there while the staff is happy. They are almost sullen. I feel bad for them. Hope they are ok. The staff does a great job.
