Wait until the weather is warmer, the noise inside is unbearable. The food and service are good and the place is hopping.

Saturday night. Parking was difficult. Noise in the restaurant was so loud. I could hardly hear my dinner partner speak. It was really annoying. It was busy and buzzy inside. Crab salad not as good as in the past. Also needed more dressing. Dinner partner's burger was ok. It had a type of Gorgonzola. Too overpowering. Classic would be better. The burger had to be eaten with a fork and knife. Bun not hearty enough. Service was good.

Food was beautifully organized but took forever to come. Some dishes did not come at the same time in our party. One of my dishes the Cajun jambalaya was a bit too spicy which hindered me from tasting any other flavors and it would have been nice to have more shrimp. The star of the show honestly were the French fries! They're so yummy. The bread pudding was mediocre. My friends enjoyed the beet salad and tempura green beans. Also the second star of the show are the scallops..only con is the amount served.

Shared the crab Louie salad. It was good. I had the salmon. It was perfectly cooked. Tasty. Served over mashed potatoes and served with Broccolini. Broccolini overcooked. My son had the seafood grill. Served with pan seared polenta and grilled vegetables. Also good. I love having this restaurant in the area. Thank you for a nice meal. Good service also.

Went here for our anniversary last night. The service was excellent. Our server didn't skip a beat. We didn't have to wait for anything as our needs were met consistently. The food here is always great. Grilled artichoke, halibut special, bacon Mac and cheese (the Mac and cheese is a must), Caesar salad and calamari all to perfection. And a wonderful happy anniversary surprise dessert. On top of all this the prices were reasonable. Can't wait to go back.

The restaurant itself is hard to find as there is a large tan canopy in front and not much signage. The parking lot is a nightmare. Inside it is well decorated and we did not have to wait for our reservation. The service was slow and our drinks went dry several times. The food itself was decent, though lacked seasoning for the lobster tacos. Salt and Pepper had to be asked for and took quite a long time. We asked for condiments (ranch, ketchup) and never received them. The beignets were dry and tasted burned/overcooked. These were the most disappointing and they were served with an applesauce that wasn't much better. Overall it was loud and

Went there for a “date night” with my wife. My wife had the the seafood grill and I had the sea bass. Both dishes were delicious. The service was timely despite being a busy night. The only drawback to such a popular restaurant was the noise — so many people trying to talk over each other; and unfortunately, there was a couple who brought their uncontrollable, boisterous child. I'm hoping this is not a common occurrence, so I certainly am willing to return to try it again.

The hostess was accommodating and friendly. Great vibe. Our waiter, David, was excellent. My husband and I are locals, we wanted to try a different restaurant this Valentines. The food was superb especially the oysters and ribeye. The seafood grill was tasty , but could use a better presentation. Felt the sea bass, salmon, scallops, and shrimp were drowned by the sauce. The sauce was the star when the seafood should have been. For dessert, we ordered the beignets. They were not good at all. Think they were overcooked. However we were happy with our experience and will be back for $1 oyster Sundays and we would like to sit at the oyster bar.

Perfect for 3 old friends who wanted to spend 1.5 hrs talking over lunch without being rushed to leave when finished. Good acoustics. Not too noisy even though the dining room was almost full.

My only disappointment tonight at Wence's was that we were denied ordering from the Happy hour menu. The waitress said that they only allow you the happy hour menu if you are sitting outside or at the bar. I mentioned that I was there a few weeks ago and sat inside (although it was in the other room) and we had no issues ordering from the happy hour menu. Hmmmm, she says maybe they were slower and allowed this. Well I think if you have a happy hour menu and it's on your website for people to view and think it would be open to anywhere in the building. If it's not available at any table then that should be noted on the happy hour menu. The food as usual was great but I had brought someone that had never been and told her let's go for happy hour because we didn't want to spend too much. So much for that.
