The food is good but the service and wait time is very slow. I know they need time to cook the food but even if you call it in, you arrive and sometimes they forget to put your order in so that's additional time also they get alot of delivery pick up orders so if your hungry be cautious thinking your going to eat right away.

the cash register was whispering the whole time and i couldn’t hear, they added extra ranches and i didn’t even order any ranch. this wingstop will take your money!
its been two times that I’ve bought French fries there and they always come out terrible, the service is also bad and it took 30 minutes to get my order and the people had a bad attitude.

I had the taste for WingStop lemon pepper wings. The last time I ordered Wingstop I did Uber eats and just say I was kinda disappointed-I avoided WingStop for over a year, by the time I got my food my fries were cold and wings were not the best…so this time I went in to pick it up. I figured I’d give it another chance. Well, I didn’t realize that the celery and carrots were no longer part of the combo, so ok, no worries, still had my fries. Well, it was supposed to be the seasoned fries, they were lukewarm and a little salt… this was not what I remember the seasoned fries tasting like. But OK I really want the lemon pepper wings. Well eating my wings. I noticed the skin on it looked like it needed help, so ok, I’ll just pull off the skin and dip it in ranch dressing. That part worked for me but I think I’ll wait another year before going back. Wasn’t as good as it used to be.
