Nice place. Great ambience. Good service. The personal pizza was disappointing. It was a frozen kids pizza warmed up and smothered in sauce. I watched as customers walked by with big slices of pizza on thier plates and wondered why I had ordered this.
We asked the waiter if this is what he would ordered and he agreed. I didn't expect a great Chicago pizza but this was not even close. Next time I am ordering a slice instead.

This was our first time at Zachary's. We ordered the thin crust, and our friends ordered the thick crust so we could share. Really good pizza! It's more pricey, but heats up the next day great.

Holy cow how does anyone work in this sauna? I saw one employee dripping sweat and she looked faint. Why are you keeping it so hot? Seems cruel and it's a turn off for customers to eat in your restaurant.

Everyone so friendly when you come in. Then the pizza came we ordered half and half my half was burnt on the bottom hard and cheese was too hot which meant my side was kept in the oven more and I had to pay my family recommended this place so sad another money grabbing restaurant take pride in people's food.Money doesn't grow on trees I'm a senior citizen.

The other night, I phoned in an order for 2 seep dish pizzas. When I came to pick them up, only one was on the order. I explained that i had been told the total cost and she had read back the order, and yet, there was only one pizza. The associate helping me suggested I order a thin crust medium and they would put a rush in for it....and didn't charge me for it. I really wanted a deep dish, but so appreciated the offer, and his efforts to make my order right. I'm sorry I didn't get his name, but he was right in line with what I've come to expect from Zachary's and their excellent customer service. Bravi!!

Good pizza and great outdoor atmosphere on a beautiful sunny Sunday. Service was very friendly and food was good. Be warned about 40 minute pie cooking time or else you may get hangry. I got Zachary’s special but next time I want to try other menu with more meat topping. Good pie place
