This was our first time at Zachary's. We ordered the thin crust, and our friends ordered the thick crust so we could share. Really good pizza! It's more pricey, but heats up the next day great.
The other night, I phoned in an order for 2 seep dish pizzas. When I came to pick them up, only one was on the order. I explained that i had been told the total cost and she had read back the order, and yet, there was only one pizza. The associate helping me suggested I order a thin crust medium and they would put a rush in for it....and didn't charge me for it. I really wanted a deep dish, but so appreciated the offer, and his efforts to make my order right. I'm sorry...

We asked the waiter if this is what he would ordered and he agreed. I didn't expect a great Chicago pizza but this was not even close. Next time I am ordering a slice instead.
