Nice service but very poor crispy chicken.
Sat wrong on my stomach 👎
Earlier this year, this was one of my favorite restaurants in the area, and we went there regularly. Then something changed. I don't know what it was, whether they got a new cook or what, but my most recent three meals were a big let down. Even the lunchtime service.
I'm not writing this to bash on the owners, as I would love to see them get it back together; we love supporting them! Rather, I'm hoping changes are made to get it back to how it was before, or even better.

We had a birthday gathering with family and we all couldn’t stop saying how wonderful the food and service were! Excellent food and Ramon and servers were very attentive. They greeted us with warmth and smiles. Throughout the night their hospitality made us feel very welcomed. We will be going back! Thank you Zio Fraedo’s for an amazing dinner!

Their food is always on point. They were a little overwhelmed tonight. Felt like they were understaffed but the staff was great. Go on a non holiday night and you won't be disappointed especially if you're a fan of old school Italian food (think red leather booths and a vibrant local bar scene). I'll definitely be back.

Thanksgiving Dinner was absolutely the worst. After looking forward to a pleasant dinner with family. the food, the service was totally unorganized and poor quality. I have eaten at ZF twice before just a dinner and the service and food was good. But the holiday dinner was totally understaffed, the turkey was nothing but stringy meat and cold . My advice is to let your employees go home for the holidays

Tony, the owner, was the most wonderful host, and the beef Wellington was superb.

Thanksgiving Dinner was a disaster. We left after 2 hours due to zero service. Based on other reviews they don’t have the staff to deal with the amount of guests that go there for Thanksgiving. ( we had reservations a week in advance) Obviously they don’t learn from their mistakes because it has happened more than one year in a row. We ended up at Urban Plates in downtown Pleasant Hill. The turkey dinner was fantastic! I will never go to Zio Alfredo’s again after such a Major letdown.

Thanksgiving Day dinner- had a lovely time out with my partner but the restaurant was very disappointing. They failed us & many others. Not enough staff! Disorganized. Overcommitted-under delivered. We're not the only ones who said 'we're not doing this again'. With reservations for 5pm, we're seated past 6pm. Had to flag a waiter to take our orders. Waited another hr for food! Appetizer: good; Salad: mediocre iceberg w bottle vinagrette; Dinner: mashed potatoes clearly tasted made from a box, sweet potatoes tasted & looked like the canned ones, rinsed to remove that candied syrup, gravy tasted from an envelope. No coffee. This was $50pp plus 20% 'service charge' imposed!.

I was part of a large group being served in their banquet room. Everything was very good and our group enjoyed most aspects of our experience.
