Huge thank you to A Tasteful Affair Catering for providing food and beverages for our Celebration of Life. We were in need of a truly authentic buffet that would show the culture and roots of our honoree’s Portuguese Hawaiian heritage. They knocked it out of the park and provided not only amazing food but exceptional service as well. The entire team was friendly, professional, and pleasant to work with. They all went above and beyond to assist in multiple areas of the event, provided linens and set up assistance, and brought additional decor and risers to elevate the food presentation. Big shout out to Peggy for her incredibly fast and thorough responses! Her attention to detail and clear communication made such a difference. Outstanding from the food, service and planning. We served 120 people in the park for a picnic. They bbq'ed shrimp, chicken, veggies and fruit kabobs everything was beautiful and all of the guest raved about the food. Peggy was easy to work and plan with, she even created a special menu for our group. I can't say enough about how fantastic everything was. This was our 2nd time using A Tasteful Affair and it will continue to be our go to catering company.

THEY ARE AMAZING!!! Ok - so.... I was a bit skeptical bc most of the reviews were from 2021, only one recently in September 2022. However, the food selection on the website is plenty, the pricing package is attractive, and the business is local, so I decided to try it. I kid you NOT - A Tasteful Affair Catering is the BEST!!! I think I changed the menu four times, and each time Peggy was still so kind and suggested items that would complement the menu. The food arrived hot and fresh! When I tell you the meat lasagna tasted like your Grandma's down-home cooking, I am not exaggerating. Our Holiday get-together was FANTASTIC! and everyone was stuffed. The portion sizes were plenty, and everything was packed fresh. Everything was uniform. All prepacked portions were sized especially right. Because of COVID, we did not want ppl standing in line, using the same utensils to dish food, so instead, we had everything prepacked and ready to grab. All of the employees, even or company president, were so happy. Everyone complimented me so much today day, and I really felt appreciated. This was all because of A Tasteful Affair Catering. Do yourself a favor and book them now! Happy Holidays everyone.

Peggy was great to work with from the onset, and the staff that came on site were so friendly and professional. Their set up looked great and everyone raved that the food was excellent as well. I think they've gone out of business. Left voice message on main phone number a couple of times, then on the voicemail of the cell number given for emergencies in the answering machine announcement. No attempt to call back. With lack of response to phone messages, I wouldn't trust them to show up if they did agree to cater out event. Too bad, tier web site looked like they could be a good choice.

I am writing a 1 star review in hopes to get in contact with the company, I have an event planned with them but maybe Covid 19 had them go out of business? But if so, why keep your website and phone number and email account live? Why not tell people who had outstanding orders? I need to know if ya'll are still in operation or I need to find a different vendor for my wedding. Please I am running out of time!!! Edit: Iv'e been calling and emailing for weeks.
I do not even know where to begin with how pleased we were with A Tasteful Affair and the service they provided for my daughter's brunch wedding. Peggy was such a saint as she worked with us through a Covid postponement and then a venue change on top of all of our menu requests. The food was fabulous and the coffee/tea bar was the perfect touch to the brunch. The staff was so professional and kind. We were beyond impressed!

This is a very overdue review! I was thrilled to find Peggy and Chef Kevin when I built out Zoho's events out of its new flagship headquarters in Pleasanton. I've spent nearly 6 figures with them myself during my three years at Zoho and brought them with me to my next company. A huge favorite of our many events together were the breakfast stations for fresh omelets, pancakes and waffles. It was just amazing. Very funny and attentive crew all across the board. I've never had to worry about hospitality when I know A Tasteful Affair is catering. All-in-all, definitely look into working with A Tasteful Affair. Peggy and Chef Kevin worked with my challenging needs, budget concerns, had great culinary ideas and made me look like an event superstar when all I really did was just play the music.
