The Saturday morning south indian buffet was outstanding. Very few restaurants serve potato gravy with poori. Unlimited enjoyment!

Their food is good and the staff is amazing.

The chef came out and explained us the menu, the manager/owner was humble took care of us very well.

My favorite restaurant in Pleasanton, California. We’ve been here multiple times and everything on the menu is fantastic. Tonight the chef came out and talked to us personally because we ordered the daily soup special and he wanted to ensure that it met any food allergies, dietary restrictions, and level of spiciness. That’s amazing customer service!

I had my lunch in a2b is delicious food and service was great. I ordered rava dosa, parota with paneer tikka masala. Simply taste is similar to trichy. Thanks for the great service and tasty food.

Totally waste of money im never coming here I ordered a panner butter masala no have a taste 🤮🤢and chappati is frozen

Most of the things were frozen (chapati was half cokked) and the service was also not good they also given us dirty plate and calling them thrice they changed it and the curry was also sour specially paneer butter masala.
I do not recommend them

Tasty South Indian food, need improvement with service times and overall service. Sometimes feel that they are short of staff which causes a bit of delay with their delivery times.

Delicious food. The hot sambar-dipped mini idlis were soft and melted in the mouth.

The uttapam was made to order with no oil and no chilli. It was comparatively thin and tasted great for our needs.

Went to this restaurant because it is a vegetarian restaurant.
Inside there is a code that you need to scan and get into wait line. Very impressive. That was the only good experience we had. The waiter was not following the wait list and randomly letting people take the table. I had to remind him that we were ahead of others.
Once seated, you have to order via app. If you don't know the process, you will not get any help from the staff. Took some time to figure it out. Once ordered 5 items, all items came in randomly at random time. So essentially for a party of 4, 2 were done with lunch while other 2 are still waiting for food. Food was served without plates. Had to yell to get plates( WITHOUT spoons). It took another 10 minutes to get spoons and only got spoons 3 for a party of 4. Terrible service. A2B special dosa is below average. Veg biryani was very average. Malai kofta / Manchurian were good and saved the otherwise very disappointing lunch.

Overall pleasant experience with good wholesome food. Issue is service . Needed to remind them for plates, bowls, etc. didn’t seem to have their act together for customer service.
2nd visit : lots of ordering glitches in the app
Customer service remains sketchy
