Love Baci. Took my friend here for lunch on her birthday. She had the BLTA which she said was delicious and I had the chopped chicken salad which was equally good. I have never had a bad meal for lunch or dinner also delicious and staff is pleasant.

They had THE BEST lobster ravioli! I also snagged a bite of my friend’s crab cake eggs Benedict. It was very very good! Definitely will be back!

My husband and I went to Baci for our 1st wedding anniversary yesterday and we had the best time! Everything was perfect. We highly recommend this restaurant!

As humans, we have at least the four basic necessities to live: breathe, eat, sleep and use the restroom. I came across this restaurant the other night to request the use of their facilities, but since I indicated that I was not dining there, I was curtly denied access. A restaurant that serves food, but yet denies an individual access to answer the call of nature is not an establishment that I would patronize. Therefore, my friends and I decided to eat across the street at Hap's. And Hap's Original Steaks and Seafood did not disappoint. The food was divine and the service top notch! I recommend that one patronizes a restaurant that treats you with respect and dignity - and that is at Hap's Steak and Seafood - NOT at Baci. And I just read their prior reviews - this restaurant has a history of failed service. Lol....it is a wonder they are still operating as a restaurant.

I have mixed feelings about Baci. The good: the cocktails were strong, the food was delicious (I had the lamb shank and my husband had the SF cioppino), with very generous portions, and the service was spot on. The bad: the dining room was too small, and many tables were too close together, plus the bar is in the dining which felt awkward. The noise level was way too loud. As the noise got louder the people talking got louder so they could be heard. I don't like to practically yell to have a conversation with my husband at dinner. It was our 45th anniversary and they comped us a very beautiful dessert.

We went for our anniversary, noted this in the reservation notes and they brought a little dessert to celebrate us! It was nice to see that they read through the notes and added that personal touch. We have been coming here for as long as we have lived in Pleasanton and have always had good food, the right amount of attention with service and accommodating any personal food request we may have. It was a pleasant evening.
Fabulous! My family and I have been going there for over 20 years! Was pleasantly surprised to see Matt ( Behind the bar and also serving their great food!) Nice to see some familiar faces accompany their incredible delectable long time delicious food options! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A Pleasanton favorite eatery! Great tasting foods and drinks.... Try their Godfather!!!! And don't forget to ask for black cherries. If your really like a great tasting drink ask for cognac.... Just sayin!
