Great place for a summer night. Grab an outdoor table and enjoy a wonderful dinner. Great drinks and a tasty dessert. We also had coffees wonderful staff and delicious food.

I would actually give the food more of a 3/5 but this review is based primarily off of service. We came for our anniversary yesterday (noted that in the reservation) and there was absolutely no mention of that whatsoever... whatever, no big deal. But the server was terrible, he seemed very friendly with all the other tables but we were sat kind of tucked in the corner and he treated us like low class citizens. Took 25 minutes to even greet us and was basically like " are you ready to order?" No talk up of the menu. The rest of the night we had to flag him down for anything we needed. I would have had another glass of wine if he was anywhere to be found. Anytime he walked by he had blinders on and would not even look our way. Arancini were good, a little overly cheesy. The Caesar salad was not very good, lettuce was browning and dressing was pretty bland. Spaghetti and meatballs were decent. Chicken parm was pretty ok, too much cheese on top and the sauce was mediocre. We are new to Pleasanton and probably won't be back. Too many other good options. We will go to Locanda Amalfi instead.

We had a party of ten for dinner, splitting checks, ordering drinks, appetizers, and meals. Our server was totally on top of things. Very efficient and friendly. Everyone's entrée showed up at the same time. I was very impressed by the service!

My family and I dined for the first time at Baci's and I must say our party of 6 was overall satisfied with their meal. Appetizers we ordered were the beet salad - delicious! calamari succulent, crabcakes - outstanding, as was the wedge salad. Our Our entrees included scampi, ravioli, gnocchi, angel hair clams and I ordered the halibut - not tasty at all and was freezer burned as a result of the fishiness smell and dry texture not at all tasty. Lacked. the basic salt and pepper otherwise just fair - i wouldn't order it again. Overall worth the four stars for their pasta entrees and appetizers.

This restaurant is fantastic!! I just had a party of 12 and everyone was thrilled with the food, wine and service. Top notch! I scheduled everything long distance Ali and he took good care of every detail! Thank you, Ali!! We had the Calamari and Mango Bruchetta for appetizers. Choices for dinner were, Salmon, Chicken Marsala, Mushroom Ravioli and Eggplant Parmesan. Everything was delicious.

I’ve been obsessed with Bacis since I can remember. I haven been taking my daughter here every birthday of hers since she was one (she’s now 11). Their food is excellent and their staff is perfect.
Went here for a birthday party. We ordered from the list of food from the celebrant's favorites. Appetizer- Mango salsa bruschetta, sweet chili prawns, and arancini fried risotto balls. Salad - Caesar and baci mixed green salad. Main course- New York steak and slow roasted lamb shank. Dessert - exotic bomba, turtle cheesecake, tiramisu, and creme brulee bread pudding. Everything is flavorful and cooked to perfection.

We understood that we had to be finished eating within 90 minutes per the staff due to this being a holiday. Unfortunately, our food did not come out to the table until 80 minutes after arriving. Food service was staggered so some in our party waited even longer. Three of the plates were not our order and had to be sent back. Instead of the server apologizing and taking care of their error, he acted annoyed and was muttering under his breath. As a very frequent customer, this was embarrassing to our out of town guests.

Celebrated a friend's birthday at Baci today for lunch. One of our favorite restaurants and we travel from Pleasant Hill area to have dinner there a lot. Love the owners, staff and food. Always a great place!

Sat outside since it was a nice early evening. Service was great, food was excellent, and the chef even came out to apologize since he had to recook an entree due to incorrect spices added. I was very impressed since I doubt many places would do that. Drinks were good and had tuna tartare and crab cakes for appetizers. All in all a very pleasant evening and will definitely come again.
