Amazing food. The time it takes to bring the food to your table is about 3-5 mins so order carefully. They are incredibly fast.My fav. are Pad Ke Mo, basil fried rice and the red curry. Price and servicing sizes are average.I highly recommend
Probably the fastest service Bambu I've been to. Only complaint is that they use kidney beans instead of red bean.
This place is very new drinks are delicious freshly made owners are very friendly and close to other places to eat.
rip off. paid $12 for 2 drinks that was smaller than the size of my hand, didn’t even fill the drink to the top
I like their drinks. Highly recommended!
We had their Che drinks and they were yummy. Good amount of "stuff". Someone in front of us ordered a "halo halo" which wasn't on the menu but they were happy to make it. Just ask if there is something you are in the mood for and they might be able to accommodate. Staff is friendly and they make the drinks pretty quickly. If you don't plan to drink it immediately you can ask them to put the ice separate and they will seal the cup for you.
the drinks taste pretty good, but my main issue is that the price of the drinks are absurdly high. the size of the drinks are really small, and the problem is only exacerbated by the fact they LEAVE A LARGE GAP OF AIR AT THE TOP OF THE DRINK.
The owners are super nice and friendly. The choices were a bit overwhelming for a first timer and they took the time to tell me what's recommended. The drinks are good and the ambiance is really cute, esp on Harry Potter's birthday! The owners are huge Potter fans!
I really enjoyed my Vietnamese Iced Coffee and the service was good. But my wife's boba tea was the worst she has ever had. That was a real disappointment and waste of money.
One star is for the service and the flavor( I paid tips for sure!) That’s it. I can completely understand if I ask for less ice then I will get smaller portion of the drink. However, the amount of the drink is too small! I can see the obvious space for air! After I got the drink, I asked a staff(she did not wear apron like other staffs, I guess she is the hottest.),” Is it because I ask for less ice so I get this level? If I ask for regular ice, then I will get full, right?” She politely answered me,” yes.” Then, I said,” But it is too low(I forgot what keyword I said.).” She explained,” Bc we don't add extra coffee.” I said,” I paid $6, and I got this!” And I gave up arguing and left. I won't come back. I just wanna tell you guys(future customers), even though you ask for regular ice, you might not get enough drink. $6 is inexpensive in this inflation days, but it does not mean this store is supposed to offer a small portion of the drink. The five star score that I collected in this store was enough to get a free drink. So it means I have been to this store to consume over 5 times. I don't hide my name. I work in the same plaza also.

A unique and pleasant surprise and something different. Typically, these places are buried deep in San Jose or Tully road. Luckily, they have expanded to Pleasanton, right off 580 and the outlets. The che is what you want and they provide a good variety of options.

We made our own drink. Asked for double pandan jelly and this is what we got. This is the saddest looking Bambu drink I’ve bought for $8!!! Won’t be coming back to this Bambu place.Comment from owner says no picture to see despite picture posted?!? Maybe look more carefully?
It was my first time coming to this location last week. I came for my favorite ché, fruit addict. I also got their coconut pandan waffle, which has the perfect light sweetness and chewiness. I was told that they also sell the batter for the waffle, too, in case you want to make some at home and enjoy them while they're hot. Yummy desserts and great customer service!
I like their drinks. Highly recommended!
