The place was really nice and clean and organized they had a lot of beer that never heard of and it is stuck to the hilt. If you want to go see or hear a band or watch a movie play trivia games they have something every night of the week going on there. Family orientated restaurants, you can have parties there, birthday parties. Anything you can think of. Tonight I went to see a band and it was off the hook. The band was good! I would go see them again. If you're ready for a good time this is where you can go in Pleasanton.

Great place to relax . Love the food and the variety of beers they have.I like going to places and trying different kinds of drinks , despite me usually going towards hazys or New England style beers I like being able to have the option of hard kombuchas or meads.im not too big on sours but even the last one I tried was pretty tasty .

A nice selection of beers spoiled by horrible staff. The manager ambles around without a smile or hello for anyone, no matter how often he walks right past you. And the waitresses are rude. You will get your beer when they are damn good and ready to bring it to you. And they can walk past an empty glass a dozen times before asking if you want a refill. Finally stopped going there

We were here on a slow Saturday and nobody came up to our table to get our order. We asked nicely a few times but after 20 minutes we left. The waiters were having a great time texting and hanging out with each other but chose to ignore our table. This used to be our go to spot with friends but we will now take our business to Double Dogs in Hillsboro village.

Great atmosphere and long draught list with local breweries. This is the only place I've been to that shows how much is left in the keg on the draught menu. But unfortunately the food was average. Had a sandwich and chips. The sandwich wasn't bad, but wasn't great. The chips were obviously from a bag and I'm pretty sure I got the bottom of the bag.

Service was very friendly but speed and accuracy was a problem. Atmosphere was good and beer selection was great as you would expect. The bar staff were really friendly and prompt. The atmosphere was ok. The location didn’t have much character at all and kids were constantly coming in and out and hanging around outside the door.

Each month there is a mimosa flight Saturday till 3pm and all day Sunday. You receive 4 festive mimosas all related to the monthly/seasonal theme. The cost is $24.We also got chips and onion dip and their yummy pretzel with mustard, bacon bites, and beer sauce. A great addition to the flight. The mimosa flight can be shared, which is a great option for couples.

Just finished having a dual 40th/41st GHS class reunion at BottleTaps and it was the perfect place! We had over 130 people and were able to utilize the inside of the restaurant as well as the patio area, and it was just the right place...people came dressed in everything from cocktail attire to shorts & flip flops and I believe everyone felt right at home. We worked with the owners on the menu, along with special dietary needs, and they even accommodated us as we added over a two dozen additional guests less than two days before the event. The staff graciously set out 'to go' boxes for the guests to take as they left (filled with food from the kitchen that hadn't been brought out...apparently our group was too busy talking to eat all the food) . The staff was super about playing 1970's and 1980's music (our request) and checked in periodically to make sure the volume was good, along with making sure all the guests were happy with food and drinks. Our event was scheduled to end at 10pm, and althou many had left, 20+ classmates remained for an additional two hours catching up with folks who they hadn't seen in decades. I was truly impressed that the owners and staff went the extra mile to continue to accommodate our group beyond our contracted time. I would highly recommend BottleTaps for their stellar customer service, their wonderful menu, and their joyful staff members!!

Had to go up to bar to get a beer and then no one ever came to our table to get an order for food.
