I walked in and asked for 2 ice cream cones and was told they don’t have a cashier and don’t do inside orders. So they refused to serve me and were very unfriendly.

Placed order through drive through. Expeditor ticket attached to bag. Cash payment made & no receipt was given. The transaction number was incomplete because the paper receipt wasn’t centered. The receipt given had the store name, address, phone number, ticket number, type of service (drive thru) , items ordered, transaction ID (last number cut off of receipt), date & time. The ticket had the order correct but the order was wrong filled incorrectly. One of items ordered was a fish sandwich. Upon arriving home, I discovered there was a crispy chicken sandwich inside of the bag instead of a big fish sandwich which was ordered. The expeditor ticket had correct items listed but the order wasn’t filled correctly. I tried calling the Pleasanton location 3 times. Phone rang until it was disconnected by their phone. I couldn’t fill out complaint on BK website because I had an incomplete transaction number based on the given receipt. I called Burger King customer service. It’s an automated phone call that directs you to their website. How can you resolve any issue if you cannot contact anyone from customer service or from the store location. Simply a poor way to conduct business!! Please check your order before leaving this location. There is no recourse if there is an issue with your order. Based on this fact, Burger King Pleasanton will not get any future business from me.

The coke. Syrup to seltzer ratio is incorrect. Your regular coke tastes like diet coke. I would suggest a taste test or better yet keep tabs on your ingredient levels. The syrup may have ran out.

This place was the most disgusting place. Excrement and urine everywhere in the bathrooms. To think that the help was using these bathrooms before they were preparing food was absolutely horrifying. We decided not to eat in this hole.

I love the food as always . But the manager DEE man she is an absolute mess. she's disrespectful to her customers even her employees. she don't take the time out her day to help her employees who is asking for help. I came in for food and she took my order and she was gave me attitude the whole time. then when I got my food she just threw the slammed the sauce in my face and walked away with an attitude. the food is good don't get me wrong but if you want to get treated with respect thats not the place to go

No matter if I order online or order at the restaurant someone always messes up my order. If you can't read a food order you should be doing something else.I usually order a Tripple Whopper with extra cheese and bacon and for some how this location can't never get it right. Never coming back to this location again.

I would avoid this place late night but the rest of the time it is pretty good. Late night you get a poorly run business from can’t get your order right or even get a receipt.

This location is decent but sometimes they will serve food that has been sitting for a while through the drive-thru and its the second time they didn't give us the drink that comes with the kids meal.

We asked for the honey mustard chicken wrap. They gave us regular mustard. We asked for no garlic ranch in the chicken sandwich and to add honey mustard, they gave us honey mustard and it still had the garlic ranch sauce on it. We asked them to fix it for us and they still didn't get it right the second time. The meat was very rubbery and inedible. And to make it worse the person who was helping the whole time was the manager. So if you're considering stopping at this particular Burger King, I would suggest that you don't.
