I ordered chicken sandwich with pickles on gluten free bun for take-out. Instead, I was given a bun in a sealed plastic bag and separate sealed bag with chicken. I was required to manually use my fingers to insert the greasy chicken between the bun. I was given nothing to clean my greasy fingers. THE BUN WAS COLD, DRY AND NON-EDIBLE. P.S. NO PICKLES were included!!!

This location is now under construction. The app now only allows ordering for drive thru which means you can’t place a time sensitive order ahead of time. Ask to management that you should still be able to submit your order to be made ahead of time (instead of only when talking to drive thru personnel.

The location I visit is hit and miss. The food is good most of the time but sometimes their chicken is gamey “Heek” smell which is very off putting. Don’t know why but their buns are always cold! Still one of the best chicken fast food options.
While waiting across from drive thru. There was a homeless man yelling and cursing really loud for over 15 minutes. Manger came out and made sure he was okay and if he could help. He then asked if he was thirsty and hungry homeless man said but no “pickles “ lol. Manger came back out gave him the food and kindly asked him to keep it down because of complaints and safety of others at his Establishment. He went Above and beyond that really made my day. Need more team leaders and Management that can lead the way he did…

Stopped here for a sandwich biscuit since I heard so much about it. And I wasn't disappointed. Very pleasant place, clean and flowers on the table! Staff is friendly and helpful. The biscuit is nicely baked, fluffy and not dry. Though I would skip the bacon, they were lost in the sausage.
