Alright, we have been a long time patrons/fans of chipotle - and I want to write this review so some form of customer service and accountability is brought back into this location.My takeout order was messed up! This has happened twice now in less than a month. We ordered a couple of veggie bowls a veggie burrito. After reaching home, to our surprise, one of the burrito bowl was labeled as barbacoa /meat bowl with someone else’s name.We dont eat meat. So you could imagine.. I drove back to the location - and asked for a manager.one of the associates opened the bowl, smelled it and let me know it was just labeled wrong!There was no sorry, nothing done about the experience/ lack of!The manager lacks basic communication , completely inexperienced, unapologetic and instead questioned me if I got an extra bowl that was someone else’s!I just let them transfer the same bowl into a fresh empty bowl and walked away! I am surprised I did that! As I had a hungry child to feed :)I am all about encouraging youngsters and proving them opportunities to learn and grow - BUT not at the cost of customer’s experience!Chipotle get your ________ act together !!!

Did a grubhub order and got 3 tacos with 5 toppings but got 3 not even half filled tacos one had no corn no cheese, very little lettuce the other taco had literally 5 kernals of corn and 9 square pieces of steak! Thanks for nothing, very poor quality, will never go to the chipotle at the koll center again! Shame on you guys!

I like the quality of food in this Chipotle. I am coming here since many years and never been disappointed.However, they surprised me with one thing today where they charged more rate for two Tacos with just rice than what they charge for full Tacos. My experience in other location is it’s considered as side.Putting up this info so ppl going here are aware that it could be high priced. Never mind, I would still recommend this place for Chipotle lovers.

This is without a doubt the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I go once a year when I visit some family and see what crazy thing happens to me each time. Chipotle support stopped giving me my money back (probably because they get so many complaints about this location), so I don’t think I’ll be continuing this tradition. Don’t go here, I literally never have had a good experience. How they have been in business for years is beyond me.Here are some of the crazy things that happened:-wrote in sharpie on my burrito (twice) since they didn’t foil wrap it properly (sharpie pics attached)-didn’t foil or tortilla wrap my burrito properly, cashier noticed and didn’t say anything, placed it face down so I wouldn’t see the exposed part that touched their nasty counter. When I get to the car, I notice and there is a huge stream of liquid coming out of the side of the burrito onto my car :)-Got free chips and guac through a promo. THERE WERE LITERAL SALT BLOCKS IN THE CHIPS, WAS SO SALTY. The guac was clearly extremely old from the freezer or fridge. Was rock hard and tasted like nothing. Was also oxidized.-Order two burritos. Employee wraps one, leaves, and then I wait two minutes for next employee to come and wrap the next one. Not that big of a deal, but ?-Employee gives me like 5 pieces of chicken. I ask for more, she gives like 3 pieces. I'm sorry, but I go to Chipotle for value. If I don't get value, I am certainly not getting high quality or insanely good service, so what's the point? The person making the burrito was fairly short, so idk if they were making their own portions, but I am a tall guy who does endurance sports and eats a lot of food as a result, so this one annoyed me since I had to supplement afterwards. I should have left once I saw that tbh.

Not to mention they're always out of everything including chips! The dining room is always filthy too from the tables all the way down to the floor. It's obvious the franchise owner is big time lazy. It starts with him.

Last time I went to this location. Burnt chips almost every time and inconsistent. This time, I noticed my burrito was so small that the tortilla folded in half. When I asked to add a little rice or beans, the line cooked said I should have asked for that earlier. Hey, 20c of rice, come on.. right??Well, I was so disappointed I asked to speak to the manager. Jason told me it's "common courtesy to ask when they are making it, We follow portion sizing." What portion sizing, a spoon, and an eyeball? Do you need help with managing your corporation? I guess my burrito was the kids' size. Im sure many readers will relate when you see a huge burrito bowl or a burito that won't fit in the foil, and yours is smaller than reazonable. Jason could have offered many solutions. Like, let me help you Chipotle ?that should not happen, ?let me make it for you son its done correctly. Again, backing up not only poor service but poor customer service is a bad habit taught by trainers. Chipotle I hope you listen because your locations are all slightly difrent, consistency is a problem, I made a complaint about burnt chips online but come on not even a reply back to say we will work on it.

I ordered $70 worth of food for pickup.I watched them finish my order. One item, a burrito, was cold. It wasn't hot. It wasn't warm. It was cold. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I was 2 miles away.

Responding to the business: I have already reported my awful experience in your app twice yesterday and on the website today. Both led me to the Pepper Chat Bot. I've received no response back, no refund, no credits, nothing.

Take out order was a disaster. 2 kids meals, 2 adult meals, guacamole and chips. All of the guacamole was dark brown and gross. The kids meals were missing multiple items ordered. More missing items with both adult meals. Also the portions were a joke. The burrito bowl had about as much food as would fit inside a small side of guac cup. Embarrassingly bad. They basically stole my $40 considering what they served. I will not be back. Avoid.

This is the worst restaurant I've ever been too. For 2 years now the orders are wrong and the service is horrible. Chipotle needs to do a better job hiring. Always out of chips. Who ever heard of that?

When I took my family to Chipotle for the first time the portion sizes were extremely small compared to what they gave me when I was here by myself the other day and for 4 people charged $75 and the chips used to come with the bowl no charge. Now charging almost $3 extra for a tiny spoon of guac and $2 for chips. Not coming back.
