I understand busy restaurant (Chubby Cattle, Monterey Park Location) like this will be a long wait for seating, however not unfairly due to part size.
I checked in the restaurant for a party of 2 around 6 on Thursday 4/27, and the front host told me the estimated wait time is 55mins. I think it is ok to wait.
