I tried the Cross-Bridge Rice Noodles. The thick soup was hung on the smooth rice noodles. It was delicious and enjoyable. The crispy pig ears with red oil were crispy and delicious. ?

Authentic Yunnan crossing-bridge rice noodle. The soup was rich and tasty. The rice noodle was cooked just right and a bit springy. Ordering was all done through a mobile app. The service was fast and friendly. The noodle arrived in just minutes.

I only had their noodle dishes and in that respect they are very good. The soup and flavors have been consistent on each of my visits aside from one trip where the soup was too salty. This is hard to say of other restaurants. Service is attentive but this is more so because there's not a lot of diners during my visits, around noon.

I prefer their spicy noodles dishes. However, compare to Lao and Thai spicy, their most spicy noodle is average.
