We just tried to order but the guy at the counter was really rude and would not stop making the cake. After 5 plus minutes we asked how long it will be and he said this cake is 100$ order and he was not going to stop or give an estimate of when he would be done. He also took off his gloves, used his phone, then without washing his hands put back on gloves and continued with the cake. Did not try and interact with us. We have been here before with similar experiences. Always rude and poorly staffed.

Made an online ice cream purchase but when went to the store to pick it up, they were closed. We waited until 1:10pm with other people standing outside before we left. We made several calls to the business throughout the rest of the day but there was no answer and no way to leave a message. I sent an email the same day to customer service on the cold stone website and never received a response. Contacted BBB for assistance but this shop refused to respond to them. We now drive almost twice as far to another cold stone location for our ice cream needs.

I had an amazing experience at the Cold Stone in Pleasanton! SYED was incredibly helpful and provided outstanding customer service. He honored my coupon with a smile and made sure I got the freshest cake, which he had just made. It was absolutely delicious. Even though I drove from Dublin, it was totally worth it to get not only the best ice cream but also such exceptional service. Syed’s friendly attitude and attention to detail really made the visit memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back for more cakes and treats!

We had the strawberry blonde for ourselves, which was way too sugary but good. Kids got the silk almond milk vegan ice cream with some almonds and sprinkles for toppings.I see a lot of one-star reviews for this place, but our experience was fairly good. The place is way too small, there's not much room for seating there. They, however, do have 2 tables inside, but it was already occupied, and there is no seating arrangement outside either. We ended up standing outside under the small little tree in the 90s heat and got into the car. It would be great if outdoor seating could be taken care of.

Dietary restrictions: Vegan option : silk almond milk based ice cream was good for my vegan daughters.

Went to redeem a BOGO offer we got by email for my son's birthday and they refused to honour it. They kept talking about points with phone number not enough for BOGO. Very disappointed that they trick costumers to come to store using fake offers and get kids excited so we had to buy 2 scopes! Though kids enjoyed the ice creams, they tasted really bad & you can get much better quality ice creams at other places.

Ice cream was good in the service was fast. I was the only customer, but the guy gave me a good size portion and added the toppings exactly as I requested. Parking here is convenient and the little strip mall is relatively quiet. This is a smaller than usual Cold Stone creamery.

The hours on google and when I called said they were open at 11. I showed up at 12:40 with 3 kids in 100 degree weather… the store sign said they opened at 1. Ok- we tried to make the best out of a bad situation - kids played red light green light… so by the time someone showed up (after 1) we were a hot mess. The lady was nice but we were struggling. There was a huge puddle of water inside, and I appreciate the lady worked to set up and serve us before cleaning that up, but it was a struggle to keep my sweating 2 year old out of the water.When she started putting our orders together she put the ice cream in the cup and pour the mix ins on top. I has to ask her to actually mix the mix ins. To her credit she did without arguing with me- but it felt like something I shouldn’t have had to ask for. When we went to check out I brought out a coupon I had been emailed from cold stone and she said they don’t accept coupons ??‍♀️. Also she didn’t let enter my phone number for rewards-not a huge deal but compounded with all of the other things it was just too much. I will not be returning to this cold stone. It is worth the drive over to Livermore.

Don't use their website's online delivery option, never. They will not respond if you are waiting for your cake and they work with door dash which simply cancels the delivery, with no reason. Then after multiple calls, ColdStone says 'oh we don't know about your order, you can come over and pick up if you want'.

Super upset with this establishment. I tried contacting management multiples times and no one ever reaches back out. Half the employees claim they never see management either. I run a program and we planned on bringing small groups of children here every Wednesday during summer. Every time we have shown up no one is working. Their hours online do not reflect their true hours and their own employees do not know when they open. I have spoken to 3 different staff members and they all claim they open at different times. Super upsetting. When I have visited this store before on my own time, a large majority of their staff are also very rude. Carrying conversations with their friends that are sitting in the store rather than paying attention to the customer.
