One star is for the ice cream. If you want cold stone service or stone cold service as I say come here because you will be met with an attitude and asked "what do you want?" The owners seem to hate their job and the public. I have no clue why they would run a business that's supposed to bring a smile to someone's day. Maybe this business is a cover up for something else like laundering money. I've come here a few times with my niece and I will no longer support this loser business.

No wonder, the ratings is about right. This entire chain seems to have management problems. This particular one is often useless when you request on-line, they don't make it until you arrive (what is the point then?!) lazy people. The one in Dublin also is always late and rude. The ice cream itself aren't bad, a big high on crunchy crusty stuff.

Went to redeem a BOGO offer we got by email for my son's birthday and they refused to honour it. They kept talking about points with phone number not enough for BOGO. Very disappointed that they trick costumers to come to store using fake offers and get kids excited so we had to buy 2 scopes! Though kids enjoyed the ice creams, they tasted really bad & you can get much better quality ice creams at other places.

Ice cream was good in the service was fast. I was the only customer, but the guy gave me a good size portion and added the toppings exactly as I requested. Parking here is convenient and the little strip mall is relatively quiet. This is a smaller than usual Cold Stone creamery.

If you like service with an attitude- then come here.... You can even get the owner to roll his eyes at you for free as an added bonus. I will go elsewhere for dessert from now on. Thanks for the "best birthday ever"... and I would add a derogatory name to call him but I will retain my dignity!

The hours on google and when I called said they were open at 11. I showed up at 12:40 with 3 kids in 100 degree weather… the store sign said they opened at 1. Ok- we tried to make the best out of a bad situation - kids played red light green light… so by the time someone showed up (after 1) we were a hot mess. The lady was nice but we were struggling. There was a huge puddle of water inside, and I appreciate the lady worked to set up and serve us before cleaning that up, but it was a struggle to keep my sweating 2 year old out of the water.When she started putting our orders together she put the ice cream in the cup and pour the mix ins on top. I has to ask her to actually mix the mix ins. To her credit she did without arguing with me- but it felt like something I shouldn’t have had to ask for. When we went to check out I brought out a coupon I had been emailed from cold stone and she said they don’t accept coupons ??♀️. Also she didn’t let enter my phone number for rewards-not a huge deal but compounded with all of the other things it was just too much. I will not be returning to this cold stone. It is worth the drive over to Livermore.
I just left this store, 7:30pm on a Saturday night. I was in the middle of a line that went out past the door. Only one young person was working. Pick up orders were not ready, Orders took forever. The floor in front of the counter was covered in water and filthy. Eventually an adult man arrived to assist with orders. I asked him if he was the owner. He seemed to indicate yes, though I not sure he understood my question. All in Al this is one of the most poorly run retail businesses I have ever come across. There is absolutely NO respect shown for the customer. I mean none. The owner should be ashamed! I had read other reviews regarding the poor customer service. They are no exaggeration. I'm never going back.

Awful customer service. At 8:45 pm, we entered and we were told that it's closed. They close at 9, neither was the door locked nor there was a sign posted. When I showed her what google said, it closes at 9 pm, she said, you can just pick some flavor and she won't make anything. And the attitude was rude, nor was the tone good.

DO NOT GO TO PLEASANTON COLD STONE!!! Just went there earlier today, the customer service was terrible. i got a gotta have it, and two love its. we were over charged on one of the love its and used a coupon and did NOT correctly put the amount it was supposed to be! the ice cream container was also almost halfway full and the lady had thrown away the rest of it.
