“The creme brulee desserts are on the sweeter side. The ube one is the most balanced sweetness-wise. The mango and original one are okay, but a little too sweet for my tastes. The oroginal comes with cookie crumble at the bottom, while the mango and ube come with a coconut creme at the bottom. The price for each is under $10. The customer service is friendly, fast, and curtious!“

Today I stopped by Duet Tea @ 39230 Argonaut Way, Fremont, CA and treated myself to an Icy Fresh Lemonade for just $2.99 (+ tax, total $3.30) — the perfect refreshment for this hot Wednesday! Not too sweet, just right!
The sunshine, the kind and helpful staff, and the joy on my little girl’s face when she got her cute stickers made this moment even more special.

“Wow I love this place. Everyone that works there is super friendly. Maddie goes above and beyond to be kind and personable to the guests. “I've been going to Snow Bowl when it was MandRo Teahouse and when it was only one store in Fremont so when my friends invited us for shaved ice I was pleasantly surprised it's a new branch in the Tri Valley area. Nothing more to talk about as it's my favorite place for shaved ice whenever I have a chance in the East Bay. They changed their name which is smart because it's the shaved ice that sets them apart not the tea.

Even though it's using Bingsoo (which is Korean shaved ice) I'm fairly certain it's actually Chinese but who cares when it tastes good.

The plaza is big but it's right next to the McDonald's if you have a hard time finding it. Seating is somewhat limited and I think for shaved ice it's better to eat there rather than taking it to go. Service is good enough even if it's usually just one person. Tip is optional which is good. You order through a kiosk.

My favorite is the matcha or the original milk but mango is popular among kids.“

“We had a higher than average expectation of the cookies but once we had them we were a little disappointed ?. They are not bad, but for the price and fanfare they put up the cookies are not up to par. Willing to try it again, maybe the batch we had that day had some issues.“
