We are regulars at this restaurant for it's amazing food. Today on Christmas day, we went for lunch at 2:30 pm, along with my wife and my two girls 12 and 8. After being seated my kid went and used restroom and came back. 15 mins later I hear the owner yelling expletives from kitchen, S and F words. We were cluwe less on what happened. This continued for 10-15 mins and my kids got scared after that guy shouted on me when I stood up to see what happened. We took the food to go and paid and rushed out. I called back later asking the lady on what happened and why that in appripriate behavior. To my surprise she said , your girl used the bathroom and messed up and hence my husband is angry.and hung up. That's really really uncalled for behavior. Even if the bathroom for messed up, I wud have paid these guys if they were civil enough and came to me. That guy is dangerous, STAY away, he had a big meltdown.

A down to earth place. It is located downtown Pleasanton. This chinese food place tastes like they are making everything fresh. Seating and parking are a little tight but very doable. The food tastes good, and tender co.es served at the right temperature.

I am not an avid reviewer of much, so for me to do this means I really love Dragon City.
Hands down this place has my favorite won ton soup of all time. I love that there are some veggies in it, the broth has a more vibrant flavor than I've had and the wontons in it are just fantastic.
I always order sesame chicken and it never fails. My husband has shifted from the sweet and sour chicken to the sesame as well.
I think I've gotten some lo mein once or twice and I'm always satisfied.
I can easily make these portions 2-3 meals for myself.

The food was amazing and service was exceptional here! Kind of pricey but it's to be expected for being in downtown Pleasanton. Our server was very sweet, patient, and attentive. Everything we ordered was just delicious. Very flavorful and fresh. I regret not getting a photo of every dish we ordered! The restaurant itself was nice and clean.
We will definitely return the next time we are in the area. Thank you for the great lunch!

Love the food here. It reminds me a bit of east coast Chinese food. Which in my opinion is much better than out here. The crab rangoon are made right. In the triangle shape with plenty of filling and flavor!

Food is delicious and is excellently priced. Lunch special includes a cup of soup, small salad, and entrée served with a generous portion of rice - all for 13.75. Best deal in town.
