Very good, but a little on the pricey side. The waiter we had also looked suspiciously young.

Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at a fancy restaurant with a specialty in guacamole and waffles, and let me tell you, it was an experience like no other. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was greeted with a warm welcome and the ambiance was simply stunning. The décor was elegant and sophisticated, with soft lighting and comfortable seating. The atmosphere was perfect for a special night out.As for the food, the guacamole was hands down the highlight of the meal. It was incredibly fresh and flavorful, with just the right amount of spice and zest. The restaurant takes great pride in sourcing only the finest ingredients, which is evident in the taste of the guacamole. I also appreciated the variety of options for toppings and dipping sauces, which made for a unique and personalized experience. The waffles were another standout item on the menu. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the toppings were creative and delicious. Whether you prefer sweet or savory, there was something for everyone. I particularly loved the waffle with fresh berries and whipped cream. The service at this restaurant was impeccable. Our server was knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly, and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The attention to detail, from the presentation of the food to the impeccable table setting, was a true testament to the high standards of the restaurant. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this fancy restaurant to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. Whether you're a fan of guacamole and waffles or not, the combination of flavors and the quality of the food will leave you in awe. The atmosphere and service are top-notch, making it the perfect destination for a special occasion or a night out. Overall, this restaurant exceeded all of my expectations and I can't wait to return!

Vegetarian options: As a vegan, I often struggle to find restaurants that cater to my dietary needs, but this place exceeded my expectations. The menu had a variety of dishes that were clearly labeled as vegan, making it easy for me to choose what to order. I was able to try several dishes, including a flavorful roasted vegetable bowl and a delicious plant-based burger, both of which were fresh and beautifully presented.

Dietary restrictions: Milk is a crucial ingredient in the making of waffles, a popular breakfast food around the world. It provides the necessary moisture for the batter to mix evenly and achieve the desired texture. The type of milk used in the recipe can greatly impact the taste, texture, and overall quality of the waffles. The most commonly used milk in waffle recipes is cow’s milk. Cow’s milk is rich in protein and calcium, and it provides the waffles with a creamy texture and a mild flavor. Whole milk is often used as it provides a higher fat content, making the waffles tender and fluffy. Buttermilk is another popular option for making waffles. Buttermilk has a tangy flavor that gives the waffles a unique taste, and its acidity reacts with the baking soda in the batter to produce a light and fluffy texture. For those who prefer plant-based alternatives, there are several options available. Almond milk, soy milk, and oat milk are popular alternatives that can be used in waffle recipes. These plant-based milks can provide a lighter flavor and texture, making them ideal for those who prefer a healthier option. Additionally, they are a great alternative for those with lactose intolerance or a dairy allergy. The amount of milk used in the recipe can also play a role in the final outcome of the waffles. Too much milk can make the batter too thin, resulting in waffles that are dense and heavy. On the other hand, not enough milk can make the batter too thick, resulting in waffles that are dry and crunchy. Finding the right balance of milk is essential for making perfect waffles.

Parking: Upon arrival, I circled the block several times searching for a spot, but all the nearby parking options were full. I eventually had to park several blocks awa

I had an interesting experience the second time I visited this restaurant. My party and I sat at the same booth as we did last time, to get the same waiter, but instead we were greeted by someone else. He was a little off-putting, but I can’t put my finger on why. Something about his smile just gave me the shivers. When I inquired about the previous waiter, he told me not to worry about it. What a strange man.Last time I ordered the mac and cheese, it was very good, but I wanted to try something new so I ordered the “Meat-Plate”. I don't remember seeing it on the menu last time but I was curious. The strange waiter smiled at me disconcertingly when I ordered it. He wouldn't tell me what was in the “Meat-Plate”. He said it was a surprise. Definitely a strange man. The meat tasted a little bit like pork, but had a strange ineffable quality. It might have been some exotic animal or something like that. Either way I never tried it before and I don’t think I will again. I didn't know what the man meant about it being a surprise and I forgot to ask him before I left.I also had the sodium hydroxide water. That was excellent. It paired nicely with the biochemical soup I had for lunch. (That can be found at Everly’s Everything Eatery. (legally this time!))When I went back again, the “Meat-Plate” wasn’t on the menu. It must have been seasonal. The first and third times I went were quite enjoyable. I recommend sitting at a table, not a booth though to avoid that waiter. But honestly, I would go again and I probably will. Also interesting, the next day, when I was looking through the newspaper, I found an article about the nice waiter from before. Apparently, he had been murdered! The police found a few of his body parts in the meat locker, frozen! I wonder where the rest of him went…You should definitely eat here, but sit at a table.
