We got to the restaurant around 1:30pm. We got seated after 5 minutes. It was ok on a busy day. But it took almost 20 mints before we can order anything. Half way through the meal, no water or tea was served. The tastes of the dishes were not good at all. Either too salty or too sweet.

At the end of the meal, there was a 22% MANDATORY SERVICE CHARGE for a party of 5!

Please go somewhere else with better service and more smiles!

I’m a repeat customer but I’ll never come back again. They took our orders and It’s impossible to miss one, and they even take a picture of our order (My sister type down the orders on her phone). We also feel discriminated in this place :((

The food is average and the service attitude is poor. If the roast duck is not served for an hour, no refund will be given.

This is definitely a one star experience. The service was horrible and the staff must've left their good attitude at home before coming to work. We were sitting there for over 15 mins, after we placed our orders and there were no plates or utensils. The food started to arrive and we still didn't have our plates and utensils.
We reserved a table and arrived on time. Should the table be set already?
Let's talk about the food. We order a few of their signature dishes. The dumplings, pot stickers were acceptable. But their fish tasted like it was swimming in dirt. Despite the heavy use of their sweet sour sauce, it still tastes like dirt. I suspect it was a frozen fish that had seen better days.
The duck was next. I presume it is their signature dish. I give them points for their presentation but the meat was tasteless. After carving up the meat, they are supposed to bring the skeleton in and prepare a second dish with it. However, this process took over 20 mins. I was counting the time on my phone. By the time they came back, the dish was cold and oil started to seap out and coagulate. This was disgusting at best. We left the entire order behind untouched.
Will never come back again.

My daughter ordered online 3 kinds of soups for us, her elderly parents who were sicked...
1. beef egg white soup
2. chicken corn soup
3. Sh style Wonton soup.
We're excited as they were still very hot when it artived. Delivery was on time.
Now the tasting part - husband tried wonton soup and said i still like my wonton soup from another restaurant yesterday. I tried both beef n chicken corn soups, i expected them to be better as they are pricier than wonton, what a disappointment! The beef soup has probably 3 tiny tiny chunks of beef while chicken has none even a small piece. For 15.95 a piece, was hoping to have decent amount of chicken n beef..was disappointed. Its all starchy soup. I was to take my family when i get well, now i changed my mind. I saw good reviews I thought i will be proud to my chinese fam, but with this soups alone are frustrations. Will not recommend this place.

Fierry Shanghai is a gem for authentic Shanghai food! The Braided Minced Eel is a must-try, full of rich flavors that really hit the spot. ??
The Ma Lan Tou is so fresh and earthy, adding a nice balance to your meal. ? And those fried stuffed dumplings? Crispy on the outside, packed with savory goodness on the inside—absolutely delicious. ??

Ordered takeout and was very disappointed. The spicy fiery chicken pieces, pictured below, were on average smaller than sugar cubes. About 3/4th of the time, there was no chicken and only breading.

I love Szechuan food, particularly boiled fish filet in chili oil, and will go super out of my way to eat this dish at Fiery Shanghai! I love that they have a ton of veggies in it and the fish is always delicate. The smoky flavor is outstanding! Also love their mapo tofu!
Portions are very generous and I always leave with leftovers for another meal or two.
Service is really friendly and nice and love that they are dog friendly with a good sized outdoor seating area!

Used to be okay. After pandemic, the service is really bad. Nobody would take care of the customer even after 20, 30min being seated. Not even a cup of water.
Food also very bad. Not fresh, taste awful.
Stay away from this place.

So good highly recommend (from someone coming from Southern China)!!
Was scared in the beginning when I see the restaurant offer both Shanghainese food and Sichuan food (2 very different cuisines), but the Shanghainese choices are good and authentic! My favorites are:
Pork with honey sauce: sweet in the Shanghai style! Eat with buns
Crab ricecake: it was a special for the day, a little pricey but definitely cooked with live crab.
Service was good, seems like they also do events like birthday parties. Great place to eat after a shopping day at the outlets.

Peking Duck was advertised as a full duck, but clearly was only a half duck (only one leg and wing, single small plate). The slicing was also messy, and the skin was cooked unevenly with some parts burned. Overall flavor was also only so-so. Service was fine but the star dish was a complete miss. My mother left very dissatisfied.

The service was really bad I felt like they were servicing their own people before us we got there before another family by 30 to 45 min and had our order for 20 min and they still got their food before us. We had to ask them for water and the tea we ordered 30 minutes before because they haven't brought us anything. We ordered soup and it got there after every dish. The egg rolls were very soggy I used to like coming here but I don't think I will come back to this place

First of all, there were NO condiments , chop sticks, utensils or napkins. The Mongolian beef was tender, however, if there is such a thing as concentrated soy sauce, my order was soaking in it. Pure salt! I took my own napkins, from home and squeezed out each of the 4 pieces of meat, that i did eat. Still too salty!I endured terrible indigestion and stomach upset all night. Maybe the cook should spend less time, out the back door smoking and drinking , yes, we drive by frequently, and more time tasting the sodium liquid slopped on the food. NEVER AGAIN
