1 star because while I like the food here, my most recent experience here was absolutely horrible.
This happened over the weekend on Saturday, May 31, 2025.
I came in with my partner and was ordering a bowl. The person who was helping us misunderstood me when I was asking for the veg poke and pointed to it. He put in the wrong protein, one of the fish options. I told him we couldn't eat meat and that he needed to redo the bowl. He then told me that it wasn't meat, it was fish. I told him fish is a meat, I can't eat this. Rather than redoing the bowl, he took out the fish and both of us had to keep telling him that the food at this point is contaminated, I can't have this bowl.
We asked one more time if he could just remake the bowl. Again, he refused and said he already removed the fish so it wasn't a problem anymore. Then just stared at us blankly while laughing.
He was unprofessional, disrespectful to us, and ignorant of our dietary restrictions. We ended up just walking out.
Unsure if all of the workers here are like this but just something to keep in mind, that there is someone who works here that treats people like this.

Really wonderful poke and kind staff!
My boyfriend and I were out for a day trip and needed something healthier than fast food but quick. We spotted this poke bar and decided to give it a try.
This little gem is tucked into the top floor of the mall there in Pleasanton. We both ordered a regular size portion and truly enjoyed our meal. My boyfriend got the albacore, scallops and poke special while I got the scallops, poke, and marinated salmon special. Each dish comes with a choice from a variety of fresh toppings and wonderful carb bases. The brown rice I had with the veggies, sauces and fish together made for a filling and delicious meal.
They also have a great selection of La croix and in house drinks. I opted for the guava La Croix and it was very refreshing.
Thank you to our server who was especially welcoming and gave great recommendations. Go Fish Poke Bar’s food and team make it easy to say we would love to visit again.

I had an amazing lunch at Go Fish Bar Poke! I ordered a bowl with tuna, salmon, brown rice, cucumber, and lettuce, and everything was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The fish was high-quality, the ingredients were well-balanced, and the portion was perfect. The service was friendly and fast, making the experience even better. Definitely one of the best poke spots I’ve been to—highly recommend!

Food tastes good but their portion is too small and a lot less toping selections comparing to other poke restaurants nearby.

The food is great, fresh and you have so many options just the gentleman there could be more nice, he saw me and ignored for 10 min when he finally came he just threw the food on the counter, that was very inconvenient!

I like the food here always at least my 15-20th time coming here and I didn't like old asian guy's attitude. He was very rude.

Really good poke, lots of options for how you want it and the fish is fresh with solid portions. Can be pricey though- a large bowl alone can be like $25 with tip. Funny atmosphere to be eating Hawaiian originating dish to some Bad Bunny at a mall where every minute someone is walking in demanding to eat their food they bought somewhere else in the seating area. Just a bit of a wacky atmosphere to recommend you eating in the mall lol

At this point, this is my favorite poke restaurant by a pretty wide margin. The fish is exceptionally fresh, the portions are generous, and the staff are very friendly and courteous. They add new fish options periodically, and every time I go in there I'm able to try something new or some new combination because of these menu additions. I've only had the poke bowls, so I can't comment on any of the other food, but the poke bowls are exceptional and worth the visit. The restaurant is pretty close to one of the entrances to the Stoneridge Mall so it's easy to get in and out--you don't have to venture into the recesses of the mall to grab a bite to eat.

A surprisingly great poke restaurant in a mall! Fresh fish with a lot of options for sides and sauces. I especially appreciate the labeling for allergens. My husband is gluten free and has several options.

I completed a Mobile order, but it no where to be found when I arrived. I ordered the Asian slaw, also. I guess they were out and he made me a salad; without informing me. I called him out, and he said they were out. If I hadn't seen him make it.....I would have paid for something, that I didn't order; and certainly wasn't the same value. 3rd and last time I receiv sub-par service from this location.
