Randomly stopped here for a quick morning treat and the donuts were amazing! The jelly and custard was filled to order and all the donuts were with perfect texture, and sweetened mildly. Definitely recommended. 10/10

Stop what your doing and visit Heritage Bagel now. Was visiting the Pleasanton area and saw the Donut sign from the street as I was passing by. I did a u-turn to see if they could fulfill my craving for a egg and cheese jalapeño bagel. Walked in and was greeted with two bright beautiful smiles and loud good mornings. That actually made my day because not many business greet u with genuine happiness when you walk in. I asked the lady if they could make a egg and cheese jalapeño bagel. She smiled and said of course. 5 minutes later I'm eating the best tasting and most fresh jalapeño bagel sandwich ever. The jalapeño bagel was lightly toasted with a soft heavenly crunch. The cheese was melted to perfection and the egg to top it off ? If you are in the area stop by for this bomb breakfast. Even if you aren't in the area still stop by. It's well worth it. I didn't get the lady and gentleman name that greeted me and assisted me. But I'm sure they will be there to welcome you with their bright beautiful smiles and loving good morning.

It's perfect as a neighborhood donut shop. It's a donut that tears like cotton candy. It feels so good melting in your mouth. The drip coffee is not bad for the price. The staff is friendly and there is a family atmosphere.
