Pathetic place to get frozen treats. Hours are unpredictable and the staff act like they go to work just for a paycheck and that's very true.

Love this spot - clean and nourishing ingredients - unique take on milk/boba drinks - appreciate the yogurt!

Drinks taste good and they are so efficient. They make the drinks so quickly seriously! I like the yogurt taste of their drinks a lot. The shop is nice and clean. There’s so many options so I would keep coming back.

Great yogurt drinks. We have been here multiple time and their quality, taste remains very consistent. I usually get mango yogurt or mango mochi yogurt.

They advertise mochi but use this weird gooey stuff that’s like a clump of really melted marshmallow. No disclaimers, just false advertisement

Very refreshing yogurt drink! Highly recommend the mango. I got strawberry with rice and it still had that strong cheesy yogurt taste.

Not as delicious as panda yogurt in Seattle but I will take it!

Fresh yogurt

We ordered the Tiger Brown Sugar Boba and Mango Green Tea, but it took nearly 20 minutes to get our drinks. Our order was skipped, and only after we reminded the staff did they begin preparing it. We noticed other customers also faced a similar issue, which points to a need for better order management.

Customer service could definitely be improved. Staff were not wearing gloves, and we saw one employee handling yogurt with bare hands while cleaning the edges which raises hygiene concerns.

The drinks were okay, but the overall experience didn’t meet expectations. With better service and more attention to cleanliness, this place could be much better.

Expensive.

I love this! The yogurt drinks taste good. We order the Matcha Mochi Yogurt and the Rice Yogurt. We have never tried the yogurt drinks before. We were just trying out after lunch. Turned out it is better than we expected. Will come here again next time coming to the Livermore Mall!

Drink came out to be 7 after some additions like milk and toppings change. I did not like the drink at all. I suspect even at default the jasmine milk tea wouldn't be good.

Possibly the best boba tea I've had. Tried both the jasmine and black milk tea with brown sugar boba, and both were superb. Fresh organic milk really lets the tea flavor shine through. The boba were pillowy on the outside, slightly toothsome on the inside. I feel a bit bad for skipping the yogurt drinks but the tea was so good. Ordering is at a kiosk which seems to be de rigueur these days. No annoying music videos playing, either, which was nice.
