I got the mango creme latte, which does not have any caffeine in it to my surprise. The drink was so good, so smooth and creamy and also that overly sweet because you can adjust the sugar and ice level. I really enjoyed my drink. The seating is also nice there and the service is great, the person who works there is very sweet. I recommended this place and especially this drink.

Very high quality tea in a simple food court style atmosphere. They have fresh milk and real fruit ingredients, which is so hard to find now! The oolong fresh milk tea was perfect—not bitter but flavorful, not too sweet. Friendly staff. Would recommend.

Service is relatively quick. The staff is friendly. The drinks are priced very well, but they lack toppings sometimes. Since it is located in a food hall there is lots of seating available.

This unassuming store is a tiny mom and pop shop located in the Pacific Pearl food court (diagonally across the street from the Livermore Outlets), owned by the kindest and most hardworking owner. Most of the time she is brewing all of their really unique drinks herself, but sometimes she has some help from local high schoolers. Regardless, their grapefruit tea (called "Grapefruit Crisp") is hands down the best I've ever had (I drink quite a bit of grapefruit tea from a lot of places.) What makes hers different is that you can really taste the fresh grapefruit and other citrus fruit, carefully mixed together with other quality ingredients to create a high quality, refreshing tea.Because she has limited staff members, it can sometimes take some time for her to prepare your drinks as she always does so meticulously. You'll want to place your order at the digital kiosk and then wait patiently. If you do, I'm pretty sure you'll find her drinks well worth the wait.Very highly recommend to anyone who is visiting the outlet center! I happen to visit the outlets frequently, and so whenever I do I make sure to drop by this shop. Their tea is the best not only in the outlet vicinity, but in my opinion is one of the most flavorful and refreshing fruit teas anywhere in Norcal. Sounds like lofty praise, but the quality is really that good. I think they're a hidden gem for sure.

My family and I wanted something refreshing to drink and stopped by this place which is located inside the eatery in the Pacific Pearl shopping center. I ordered the strawberry yogurt shake, my daughter ordered a Thai tea w/ boba, and my nephew ordered the pineapple yogurt mousse shake. All were very flavorful, tasty, and refreshing. I would like to come and try other drinks whenever in the area again.

Honestly, their drinks are good, customer service sucks. I don't care if you think a customer is wrong; they are always right and you try to accommodate them.I've been there twice and both times the servers recorded my order incorrectly and refused to fix my drinks. I don't normally get this frustrated, but after giving them a second chance, I will not be returning for a third.

I tried the Mango Passion Licious, which comes as large by default, with light ice, 75% sweetness, and lychee jelly. I definitely tasted the fruit and honey although there's still the very slight bitter tang of the tea, and felt it was still pretty sweet at 75%. I do like the lychee jelly and the overall fruitiness of the drink. However, I would say their drinks are rather expensive as it was already over $6 not including tax and tip.

It is a pretty small location inside of a food court. They opened at 12pm and I got there at around 12:10pm and there was already a line. We later found out that the line was due to the self- kiosk confusion. Although there was a sign to self order, it was still pretty confusing to order since it is the same kiosk as where you would pay usually. After we ordered, we still had to wait almost 15 minutes for our 2 drinks since there were only 2 people working. I got the Grapefruit Crisp 50% sugar w/ Aloe and it was pretty refreshing during a hot day. I like that there are grapefruit bits in it but there were also some bitter parts that I did not like in my drink. There other drinks looked yummy too and I would come back to try it!

Honey Tea is located in the food court area of the shopping center. One of several boba places in this shopping center, it certainly has some competition just outside of its doors.Since it's in the food court, it's a smaller shop, and fighting for seating here sometimes during peak hours is a pain since there's only so many seats in there with everything else in that food court.Their menu is pretty decent. It's a self-order place too, so you just order at the kiosk.Today I got the standard milk tea with boba.It was actually better than I thought it would be. The milk tea flavor and balances were good. The boba itself in there was also good, nice and QQ.Price wise, it was about the same as the other spots in this shopping center.Overall, pretty good, albeit, my expectations were pretty low, and previous attempts to drink here were thwarted by just not feeling it. It's pretty good, so perhaps will try them out again next visit to this shopping center since I usually find myself here from time to time anyways.

The brown sugar milk tea with boba (medium, less ice, normal sugar) was perfect today. Well-balanced flavors of brown sugar and tea. Just enough milk. The boba cooked just right with a nice chewy texture.

Best boba in town. Fresh ingredients not from powder. I like the taro latte since I can't drink caffeinated drinks. Fresh taro is made by the owner. The yakult drinks are amazing too. My daughter likes the orange tea, which is made by freshly squeezed oranges.

This small boba stall is located in the Pacific Food Hall (food court) of the Pacific Pearl Plaza. We ordered the following drinks: Matcha Oreo Milk Tea: I originally asked for 25% sugar, but the worker informed me that the Matcha may be more bitter in taste, so I adjusted it to 50%. It was a good amount of sweetness. I don't recommend getting any toppings, as you get sips of Oreo chunks. It was pretty good. Thai Tea with ice cream: I ordered this with 75% sugar, but I should have adjusted this to 50% sugar. The drink itself was sweet, but when you mix in ice cream, it was even sweeter. It sounded good on the menu, but it wasn't all that special. Kumquat Yakult: I wanted to try one of their fruit teas. It was my favorite of the three drinks. It was refreshing with a tart citrus taste.

Honey Tea is a small boba stall in the corner of the Pacific Food Hall in the Pacific Pearl plaza. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot as well. Service is eh - not the most friendly employees, but at the same time, they are not rude as well. Drinks take awhile, but I think it is because they may get a bit busy and they are short staffed, so it good to have some patience. They have a lot of drink options to choose from for a small place, especially in a food court setting. I chose my usual drink - the jasmine milk tea with boba. I honestly did not have high expectations, but it was not too bad - the drink was decent - it had half creaminess and half tea taste to it which I enjoyed for the most part.
