My son‘s reaction in this photo is all the review you need! Absolutely love getting ice cream here and my kids love watching it being made! The gentleman that helped us out last night was so sweet and loved entertaining my kids while making their ice cream. Only reason I didn’t give a full five stars is because every time I’ve been coming in in the last year or so, they barely put any toppings on top even when I ask them for extra. Don’t say you get unlimited toppings if you’re not willing to give the customer what they want, especially when they’re spending $45 on three ice creams.

Icicles is such a fun spot in Downtown! The rolled ice cream is not only delicious but also a treat to watch being made. My kid absolutely loved the whole experience from watching how they make, choosing the mix-ins to seeing the ice cream rolled right in front of us. The staff was friendly and patient, and the vibe was upbeat and family-friendly. We’ll definitely be coming back
