Very ordinary. Dosa doesn't taste good. Chutneys were cold and tasteless!!! It was very difficult to finish the underwhelming food. Service was OK ambience was good. Will definitely not come here again. (Newark one was very good)

The food quality has really gone downhill. The vada was greasy and heavy, and the service was disappointing. Itâs sad to see a place that used to have such energy lose its vibe. The staff bussing tables could use some training â even a simple smile and checking in on customers would make a big difference.

Food is worse. We are a group of 8, ordered bunch of Dosa, Idli and biryani, everything tasted fermented. It tasted like previous day food. Nothing is fresh and on top staffâs rude. Definitely not recommended.

The dosas here were quite disappointing and lacked flavor. Newark ID Cafe is definitely a much better option. I ordered the Pav Bhaji Dosa, which turned out to be just a bland paste with onions and tomatoes. The Hyderabad Bandi Dosa didnât taste good either. The Egg Dosa was relatively better, but overall, the experience wasnât worth a second visit

very nice people and delicious food. was having a bad day and needed to eat something and the kind worker let me try a bunch of pani puri free of charge, as well as hydrate me because i couldnât speak without my tongue shmacking the roof of my mouth and making a funny sound between every word. i cried afterwords because it reminded me of the time i was in bordeaux and felt super alone, i was holding myself together real good until a dog approached me and decided to be nice, i felt like the dog knew i was alone, so i cried. not only because the dog could read me, but because something was being nice to me. the world is a cruel place sometimes, but there will always be id cafe

I have been coming to ID cafe a lot. I drive all the way from Oakland for their Pav Bhaji Dosa! Itâs extremely flavorful. I always get extra cheese on it which makes it yummy. The sambhar today was outstanding. Very fresh and authentic taste. The Karam Podi Idly was something new I tried. I was surprised by how soft it was. Lightly flavored and loved that it wasnât too heavy. We also have Sambhar Vada had fresh Kadi patta that gave it very fresh flavor.
The tomato chutney is a must have! It enhanced the flavor of everything. We called for extra and ate all of it!
The service has always been so good. Everyone is very polite and I always feel at home here.
