Ike's Love & Sandwiches

I purchased a sandwich that was supposed to have double meat and double cheese and it was seriously underwhelming. It cost me just shy of $20.00 The picture with the heart behind it is a picture of the standard sandwich that I purchased that had turkey, salami and roast beef as well as cheese and the other two pictures one half of the sandwich that I purchased that supposedly had double meat and double cheese on it. When I called and spoke with the manager Alex he said that there is nothing that could be done and I told him that I probably would never go back again. 

Took forever to mane one sandwich. We cancelled

I will never be back ! Firstly Who takes 25 minutes to make a sandwich?! I personally think that is absolutely ridiculous! Second the lady that took my order did not seem interested in working at all. Was not friendly at all. Also you can hardly hold a conversation due to that fan or what ever that is. Waited so long for this sandwich made me late for a super important work meeting! The lady that was there before me took even longer to get served. I am so bummed out because one of my co-workers had highly recommended this place. Maybe it was just a bad day? No wonder this place hardly had anyone in the building..
I will not be recommending this place to anyone. I’m better going to Togos or Subway at least they don’t take years to make a dang sandwich.. 😠
Also the sandwich that I ordered said it had wasabi mayo and normally I like just a little bit of a kick but wow this was way too spicy!
The rest of the sandwich was good but the bread was WAYYY to dry!

Horrible. Got off work late but GPS said I could get there at 8:59 so I called at 8:50 to make phone order. Employee said they don’t take phone orders after 8:45. Been going there once a week every Monday but probably not anymore. Location in Poway, CA

Delicious 🤤 but tiny portions for the bowls ! Stick to the subs if you want to be full ! Prices are not bad , but I love big salads and it was lacking veggies 🥗 the vegan steak was actually loaded up though lol

My experience with this location has been disappointing. The staff is mean and rude. They do not have respect for their patrons.

After seeing the note they left in the bag (pictures), I knew I cannot trust the food they prepared. I threw it all in the garbage where it belongs.

Once upon a time, this was a good sandwich place, but definitely not in Pleasanton, This is the third time they get my order wrong and $20 for a roll of bread, My sandwich had Almost no meat, I ordered spiffy tiffy sandwich But instead, I got Dutch crunch roll with quarter of ounce chicken, The sandwich was so dry, Will never go back there again
