First time having Ikes. Delicious! I had a tuna sandwich that was recommended by the cute cashier. It was perfect. I think it was called the "Howie Mandel" but I'm not exactly sure. Either way it was one of the best tuna sandwiches I've had. I like the special sauce they put on it. Will definitely be back for more love and sandwiches.

"I visited Ikes Love and Sandwiches for the first time yesterday, and let me tell you about the experience I had. I was greeted with a huge smile from a young lady, whom I assume is the manager. I placed my order, but unfortunately, I received a completely different sandwich. When I brought this to the young lady's attention, she promptly apologized, provided a full refund, and made sure I got the sandwich I initially ordered. Such exceptional service is hard to come by nowadays. I can confidently say that I will be returning to enjoy more of these fantastic sandwiches."

Being a vegetarian I absolutely love ikes! I was even more excited when the Pleasanton location opened down the street from my house. However, in the span of 2 weeks I've ordered three sandwiches and all three sandwiches have been completely wrong. I even made sure to ask when picking up my sandwich today if it had vegan turkey in it and I was told that it was prepped with vegan turkey to find that it absolutely was not. Ikes is not a cheap place to get sandwiches but I have always loved that I have veggie options. Getting twp sandwiches with meat and one that wasn't at all what I ordered but had the vegan turkey is beyond disappointing. I will not be returning to this location and may not even be returning Ikes customer.
