Ordered hyderabadi chicken pizza and I was given some other pizza and not sure if that happened by mistake. Went to return the pizza and the restaurant was already closed that day. Next day took the pizza to the restaurant and the person over the counter who delivered the pizza previous day was arguing rather than understanding the concern. Then the restaurant owner came forward to help and he replaced it with the actual hyderabadi chicken pizza I ordered after understanding what happened with the order. The owner was nice and Gentle. We expect the same behavior from the staff as well, else you will be loosing the customers. To get the actual ordered pizza I had to go 3 times and this experience taught me a lesson to check the pizza before I pay the bill as the trust is broken. Actual hyderabadi chicken pizza tasted better and we liked it.

Recently ordered pizza from this place and must say it was one of the best Indian style pizza I have eaten in Bay Area. Only confusing thing for me was that the place name is something else when you visit the shop and it’s not Indian pizzas on the board.

Felt like giving this place a try. Didn't have time to call in advance to pre-order. As soon as I got to the restaurant for to-go, the menus r on the right side of place. Once u know what u want, u go forward to the counter to order and pay. Due to Covid, it is better not to linger and maintain a safe distance from each other. Food was good. Can't complain. Will go back again.

There are many Thai food restaurants in Pleasanton. The New Thai Bistro did not disappoint. The restaurant was 3 quarters full of guests. The service was prompt and drinks served right away. They check on you during to meal to insure satisfaction. I had the Chili Fish, large portion and very good. It was cooked just right, crisp and flakey. The Pad Thai was delicious. Their menu has a large variety of choices. I wish I could understand the complexities of the food to try something new. Rather than picking something I can understand. Like noddles and fish. More about enjoying new flavor. We drank water during the meal. Suggest the restaurant place a larger pourable bottle of water at the table to reduce the amount of times the servers must come back, or get larger glasses? Overall we were pleased with visiting this restaurant and will try other dishes on our return.
