The food was fresh and tasty, however the drive through took a while to get our order out for a 5 person order. They also forgot one of our meals, and it seemed like they wouldn't have fixed the dilemma if we hadn't purposefully shown the receipt.

Worst Jack In the Box in the entire area, every time I go there my order is messed up. Employees & owners literally don't care. I should have just went to the other one on Valley like I have started doing because this place is so uncaring.

Parking: Plenty of parking surrounding this JIB location, however most of not all the close spaces are angled/slanted. Better parking around the back with shrubs and trees to get some quiet space while eating.
Kid-friendliness: High chairs on request. Baby changing table in bathroom too .
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps or rough difficult entry. All flat. There's even outside tables to eat at which a wheelchair is totally able to navigate thru to sit at and enjoy!
Small (under 30 indoor capacity) Jack in the Box branch in a pleasant neighborhood. Four outdoor tables with parasols add another 16-20 seats.
Typical menu of Jack in a Box, although the regular menu is better than the breakfast menu.
They are open for dine in from 6AM to 10PM but 24 hours drive thru.

The absolute best employees here. I don’t go to Jack In The Box often AT ALL but have only had good experiences. One of the employees made our night, and the next time we went another employee chased our car to give us our food we forgot! 10/10
Always nice people here, good is basic for a fast lunch snack. I get jalapeno poppers and tacos. Yum.
