If I could give a zero I would. We drove all the way to this location because they are the only location somewhat near us that closes at 8pm. We see people walking out as we are pulling up. We walk up and the worker walks quickly up to the door to unlock it, just to tell us they are closed. What?!?? It's 7:37pm. He continues to say "we might be able to make a smoothie for you. Do you want a smoothie?" Welp, we came for smoothie bowls so that would be a NO. At this point, my husband is so infuriated that he walks back to the car. I must say, there are not many times when we get this kind of service. I cannot understand how you close 23 minutes early and then limit what you will serve me. I am super disappointed that I drove 10 minutes out of my way for this kind of service.UPDATE: Lovely customer service. I received a wonderful message on Yelp from, who I assume, is a worker of the establishment. See added pictures...and yes I will be posting them all over social media and tagging corporate socials.

Yes I did go there. I got a large peanut butter moo'd and it was good. Fast, good and friendly staff. Service was good. Place was clean and quiet. The only thing is that part of my drink started leaking because it was too full and I had to use napkins to clean the cup.

Very friendly and helpful staff and yummy drink/food. Likely to be back when we're in town again.

This place has really gone downhill. The chalkboard sign says 'tips please' and yet the workers are doing the bare minimum which creates nothing to tip for. My smoothie was made wrong not one, not two, but three times today, and I ordered it straight off the menu with no modifications. I remember the days where this location was full of hard working employees and it was clean and the vibe was sunny. Not anymore :(

Quite possibly the slowest Jamba store ever. My online order was fulfilled over 15 minutes after the original estimate by the app. The store was run by what seemed like 3 teenagers, and when we arrived at the store they were rejecting customers who wanted to order, because they were just that behind on the orders.

The offensive music forced me outside to wait for my drink! There are kids inside who don't need to hear that kind of language or adults who don't want to hear it. The drinks, I purchased, were fine!

Always out of either ice, cups, ingretc. I have been in there multiple times where the young staff are on their phone or talking to family or friends and leave the rest of us in line very disappointing!!! There has been a hand full of good kids that work there but most of the time I drive a little further to ensure my Drink had ice!!!!

On a super hot day decided to get some refreshing smoothies. However was shocked and mortified as we were watching the unfriendly teen making our smoothies. Her long hair dangled and swayed over the frozen bins of frozen fruit and ingredients with every scoop. I was just hoping none of it got blended into our smoothies.. yikes!! What happened to food prep policies about keeping your hair back?

Deeeelicious mango-a-go go, and friendly employees. Ordered, waited a short time and enjoyed the drink :)Thank you, I'll be back!

I waited about 10 minutes and got no one. Went next door to Starbucks unfortunately. As a previous proud jamba employee this place is a disgusting disgrace. Smelled like mold and not set up for the day mind you its past 12:00pm. After i left the neighboring starbucks i saw another customer turned down by the empty store

The cleaning condition is too dirty. It's a place that makes fresh fruit juice, but the hygiene conditions are the worst. The staff are playing games on their mobile phones, and they don't even wear gloves and they make the juice in a dirty state.

Checked in at 12.45 for juice. The store said they haven’t made any juice this morning and they stop making at 1, so they can’t make any right then. Won’t stop here again.

The smoothies were fine but the young workers were cussing(Tyler) in the presence of my child and the music they are playing had foul language. I do not recommend this location.

I was doing a little clothes shopping shipping next door and decided to pop in and grab a Jamba for the road.I decided to try something new and ordered a Protein Berry Workout. As I was headed back to the car I began to realize that this was not what I wanted. It was made correctly but this is what happens when you try new things; some hits and some misses.Anyway I roll back in and I an for one of my regular drinks Apples-n-Greens with mango in place of the bananas. The polite young man behind the counter makes a comment that I must have really liked the first one because I was back for more. I mentioned that I didn't like the taste/texture of the first one. He then says that Jamba has a policy where they will remake it if you don't like it. I was fully prepared to just buy a new one so that was a truly pleasant surprise!I liked the fact that there was not Spanish Inquisition-level questioning or 15 reasons why the remake policy would not be applicable.I never knew this policy existed and I realized the reason why; in 15 years of buying Jamba I have never had to have a drink remade until today; heckuva streak.
