This is the first time I try Jersey Mike's sub, roast beef, A+++ highly recommend, and The team leader, aka, mister Sushi 🍣, welcomed me with a free cookie 🍪.

Great Customer Service with a smile ☺️?. Clean, neat restaurant. Easy to park. Easy quick in and out. Food made to order, sliced fresh. Hot fresh food. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Very well managed with kind Staff.

Guys were handing out free lunch cards. The sandwich ( Club Supreme) was incredibly delicious. Give these guys a try. All the workers are awesome.

My kids loved going there for a quick lunch once a month or so, but the food quality is going down hill lately. Their sandwiches are too bready, cheese slices are paper thin. We asked for extra cheese, they charged us $3 for a few extra thin slices??? We ended up paying $21 for each sandwich. I am not sure if we are going back there anytime soon.

Had never been to a a Jersey Mike’s before and won’t ever come back. Came in today at 6:45 PM and the worker was extremely rude. Tried to ask about their promotions/sandwich options since they had advertisements up and it was my first time in, and he interrupted me several times and was extremely dismissive. Won’t come back. Horrible customer service. A lot of the other recent reviews are the same, as someone who works in customer service and used to work in the food industry, this looks terrible for this business.
I was introduced to Jersey Mikes in Carpentria, CA & Santa Barbara - loved it. I’ve been sick and unable to eat for 2 days - so Husband took me to your store. Looking like hell and not feeling much better - I sent husband in to order as I stayed in car. He hasn’t been to Jersey Mikes ever so I opened my app and picked exactly what I liked so he could show you. He did so. However just now - I went and got a small piece of it and it is not on rosemary parmesean as requested - there was no way it had double meat and cheese added as requested/ I didn’t go for double meat and cheese in previous orders here but got more meat & cheese than this one had on it and this definitely specified double meat & cheese. I specifically added note on order for extra extra pickles but I guess that is translated as 3 or 4. Soooo disappointed and I’d take it back to request refund or have the sandwich made to order but we are not wanting to go out in heat and be nearby Alameda Fair crowd! Could you take my name and credit me for the sandwich gone wrong! ?

They prioritize phone/text orders and make store customers wait until they have time for you!! Ordered hot sub today and had to ask after 20 minutes where it was. It was sitting there by the grill… nobody delivered until I had asked about it.,WOW. Generally slow on anything but a cold sandwich. My meal should have been FREE!!
