I came into store and the manager was not acknowledging me and when I asked to speak with her she was very rude and she walked off in the middle of a conversation. Her eyes were wide open like she was under the influence. I asked for someone above her and she refused to give me information. She was very unprofessional and she put my private matter out there in front of other customers. She made the conversation and personal issue about her and her vacation she took instead of assisting my needs. Bad management

I highly recommend this place! The sandwiches are amazing, the food is always fresh, and I really love the cheese steaks! The manager there is super handsome! He's not super tall, but he makes up for it in how handsome he is. I mean, seriously! He looks like Ken from the Barbie movie.I always get the number 99.

Let me preface by saying whenever I go off IG food influencer recommendation on what to order, I take it with a heap of salt but this was a good one. I got the #9, mikes way, with chipotle mayo and jalapeños. With a side of the chipotle mayo and buffalo sauce. This sandwich was hella good! when you take into account the salt, pepper, and oils & vinegar, it's a well rounded sandwich. Do I wish the bread was toasted or warmed, definitely. But it didn't stop me from devouring it in minutes. Having the mayo and Buffalo sauce on the side was the game changer. Shout out to sandwich makes Kyle and Gio, they did not skimp on anything and made one of the best chain sandwiches I've had in a real long time. It was dripping in the sauce and vinegar, a real mess, and I wouldn't want it any other way. In terms of 'chain' sandwich shops, I think this just took the top spot in my power rankings.

Today was my first time trying this place and mann it was good! I ordered the original Italian on rosemary parm bread and that combo together was great! I loved that bread. I loved how fresh their ingredients are especially the tomatoes they were perfectly ripped! The guy making our sandwich was definitely a pro! He made sure our sandwich was made perfectly and kept the area he was making our sandwiches at nice and clean. He was cool and friendly. I really like this place and cant wait to come to try their philly's! Great sandwich spot!

I order on Sunday laberday weekend two sandwiches from @jerseymikes on koll center parkway pleasanton they charge me $51. Spoke to them in person on 09/06 trying to get credit and they charge me again this time for $34 Today they ask me to leave and called me rude.
I like this place, tasty sandwiches made by staff that are well trained and display good teamwork. Good vibes. Reasonable prices. Quick in and out. Great outdoor seating
