I've been to multiple Kura locations, even ones from out of state. However, I visit this location the most. The sushi, beef, ramen, taiyaki ice cream, sesame balls are all delicious. The ginger & wasabi are yummy too. IMO, Kura has the best tasting wasabi. I do want to note that not all of the sushi is 100% good all the time. It can be a hit or miss, depending on the day & who (in the kitchen) is making the rice & cutting the fish. Sometimes the fish is cut way too thick, which can create a really fishy taste. The rice is not packed tight enough at times & immediately falls apart. If you order from the tablet, sometimes you'll get a piece of fish or beef that is blazing cold, while the rice is warm. If I'm not mistaken, I think the fish &/or beef is pre-packaged or pre-cut? The employees just make the rice & assemble the sushi? *Just a heads up, if you order fried takoyaki, about 90% of the time, the middle (octopus) WILL BE COLD.*Anyways, many of the employees are super friendly & customer service is great. It's what keeps me coming back.Overall, this location is great. The sushi can be a hit or miss, but for the most part it is yummy. This location can get really busy & wait times can be over an hour sometimes. Use the app to reserve your table about 5 to 10 mins in advance.I would highly recommend this place.

Went for our first time today and the family had a blast. The food was good, but the staff were awesome. We will be back.Kid-friendliness: As you use plates and return them, your table earns credit towards videos that play. Enough plates and your table wins a small prize.

I ordered online, but I left out two piece of sushi. What should I do in this case. I'm always unhappy with the service. The staff in the restaurant are excellent. But I think the kitchen staff need training.In addition, Despite the large number of vacancies in the hall, the food that was supposed to be picked up at 5:20 was not ready, so I had to wait another seven minutes or so.

I had a fantastic time at the revolving sushi bar recently! The food was delightful, and the service was top-notch, making the dining experience truly enjoyable. The only suggestion I have is to consider adding music or increasing the volume of the existing music to enhance the already beautiful atmosphere. This small touch could make a great experience even more memorable!

While at Livermore Outlets, I stumbled upon this sushi spot without realizing its unique concept. The restaurant's setup is clean and the ordering process is engaging; with a conveyor belt circling the space, diners can choose to grab plates as they pass by or opt for items from the menu. I found the interactive experience enjoyable and would recommend giving it a try!

Enjoyed the good food and the experience with family. Easy to pick your favorite sushi, etc, from the revolving bar. Anything you don't see in the bar, you can order from the menu next to the table. We enjoy Kura each time. And, the prices seemed the same from 5 years ago!?

OMG! Now I was so waiting for this place to open back up from after Covid-19 because I had went before the world had to shut down, and this is a place you will enjoy if you like ? sushi or rolls, you get to pick what you like and are charged off of how many plates you eat off of and return them and they are little plates so be careful how many of those little plates you take off the belt because it can get pretty expensive if you don't pace yourself! But I love eating there and they have this robot that brings you beverages, it's cute ! But highly recommended! Try it and enjoy!
