L&L Hawaiian Barbecue

Placed a phone order for a bbq plate and wanted to add veggies and Mac instead of only rice for a side. Went there picked it up, and I only got veggies and rice. So I went back in to let them know they forgot my macaroni. Younger asian man gave me an attitude and didn’t make eye contact with me. Once my food was done being corrected he tossed my food on the table in front of me. So rude!! Never going here again.

The food was very salty and you can tell it was cooked days before. They had very little busy so maybe that’s why they saved the food but I didn’t pay for left overs.

Food is good as usual for an L&L but this location’s service is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The cashier looked like he just woke up from a nap and did not want to be there. He seemed bothered and uninterested in answering any questions. Definitely lacking in any quality customer service here. Will not ever return to this location again.

Saw person at register picking his nose after he gave us our plates. He was in there for about 30 secs going deep. Then I went to use the restroom, a staff from the kitchen was in there, so I waited then he came out. I used it then noticed he didn't wash his hands. The sink was dry . I like L&L but That's it for me coming to this location.

Just off the plane from Hawaii and it is exactly how it tastes in Kailua. Service was great. Food always hot and fresh, dining room clean and overall great experience for a short order chain.

The food is burnt and you are eating this nasty burnt residue plate. If you are working around and needing to grab your quick lunch it may be okay otherwise treat yourselves for better food at other places.
