First things first: requesting the owner to ensure Title signage is prominent, clearly visible from across the street. The canopy adds more blockage to visibility. I had to make 2 rounds to discover this outlet.
Ms Alicia welcomed me, offered a seat and suggested what I can try. She was helpful and friendly. Appreciate that.
I went during lunch time, saw lots of families enjoying lunch. Outdoor seating available. I will explore leisurely later.

The food was great! Took the wife for Mother's Day. Had the Cinnamon Apple Pancakes and a Veggie Omelet with grilled chicken added. The wife had the day special which she tore up!l. The star of the show was the pancakes for sure. The server was very pleasant and friendly. Finding parking was a challenge but ended up about only two blocks away. Definitely will be back to try the crepes next time!
